There are four species (maybe more) of 'butts' I found on google this morning. The Asian Wild Butt The African Wild Butt The Nubian Butt The Kulan Butt which is an endangered species in Kazakhstan. They are important animals mentioned in their proper names in history and religion. Burros and donkeys are descendants of butts.
