Oh my... me home airport. Guess I can stop using the one I built in the SDK to add the missing runway.

Not a bad airport, you just have to make it through the notorious BW Parkway to get there🤣

I  consider myself fortunate to have BWI as my actual home airport. I live about 45 minutes from there, It's a great airport. Easy to get into and easy to get out of. And yes, the BW pkwy is to be avoided at all costs. Particularly if you have a flight to catch. Darn thing is always backed up when you are in a hurry. I just sneak in the back way from 895. Exit at Rt. 1, take the 1st left on Levering, left on main, right on Furnace Ave, and then right on Ridge Rd. to the Parking Spot. I park there and take their shuttle to the terminal. So easy and never a problem.

I had no idea just how bad BW Parkway could get even in odd hours of the week because of airport and casino traffic.

I got stuck on there at 3AM on a Wednesday trying to head back south. Bumper to bumper traffic.

BWI was my go to airport before I met my wife who does all of the travel logistics now, been flying out of Reagan the past 6 years ever since.

Getting to Reagan via 295/395/495 be just as hectic especially in the afternoon.

I do miss seeing some of that beautiful Maryland landscape from above coming in to BWI final.

One thing they really need to work on is terrain smoothing. Holy bumps Batman…. Everywhere seems to have terrain issues and while nothing crazy that sends my plane into the sky, they’re an obvious annoyance. Hope they fix this.

Yup..this was an issue with the P3D version also.  I just landed on RW10 and hit a speedbump halfway down runway while slowing. Ricardo is pretty good at fixes so if you find any, report on the LVFR forum.  I will be keeping track of any others I find and report.

I think I may hold off on this one given the reports. I also experienced the bumps in P3D, strange they were not resolved.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

So... I found that this does NOT happen with either the PMDG 737 or 738. When I startup at A8 in either of those, no catering truck appears near the airplane when the sim is launched. When the same scenario is started with the Fenix, I get the catering truck see-sawing on the cart.

Now why would the selected aircraft affect the initial placement of ground vehicles?

Weird I would only get this catering truck/ramp loader issue generally if I moved through an airport with the drone cam too fast, as if the objects needed more time to load into correct position.

If I just sit there for a second they would correct themselves. Never experienced the issue outside of the drone came function, as far as sitting inside or panning around my aircraft.

This is why LVFR is so hit or miss. Literally no one tried landing on the runways? Or just taxiing down them? Really?

The bumps seem to be a LatinVFR issue in a few sceneries.  I experienced one at Nellis (try hitting a bump at 200 knots in the F-104, not good!) , I’ve seen a video of the same issue at Miramar, now it looks like it’s happening here too.

Yeah.... I just had my 1st runway 10 arrival. Not good. Major bumps in halfway down and taxiway U needs some smoothing out as well.

Anyone getting trees at the Bravo Gates at KBWI with Photogrammetry off. I don't like using PG as it makes the building look melted.
