November 17, 20223 yr The azure voice pack is gong and I cannot hear any AI communicating. My own pilot talks in the ridiculous default windows text-to-voice. This only happens with the A310. Is this a known bug? Or maybe i am supposed to switch something on in the cockpit like with PMDGs planes? Edited November 17, 20223 yr by Soulflight
November 17, 20223 yr My experience has been that depending on how you set up your comm/VHF1 panel you can either hear ATC or yourself, but not both. November 17, 20223 yr I have this issue myself from time to time, but it doesn't seem connected with only the A310. Did a couple of hops in the DC-3 this evening and the ATC was totally messed up. Everything from the ridiculous voices to ATC not even reacting (no answer all of the sudden when asking for IFR clearance). November 17, 20223 yr I had this a couple of times last days and one time flying with the DC3.. But i think this are Server problems, to mutch is goeing on since the 40th Any. came out. Would be nice Microsoft could make this Server thing goeing a better way so we get rid of those different conecting Windows popping up.. cheers 😉 08.2024 new PC is online : ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI Mainboard, AMD Ryzen™ 9 7950X3D Prozessor, G.Skill DIMM 64 GB DDR5-6000 (2x 32 GB) Dual-Kit, MSI GeForce RTX 4090 VENTUS 3X E 24G OC Grafikkarte, 2x WD Black SN850X NVMe SSD 4 TB - Drive C+D, WD Gold Enterprise Class 12 TB for storage HDD, Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1000W PC - Power supply, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO CPU Aircooler with 7 Heatpipes, Design Meshify 2 White TG Clear Tint Tower-Case, 3x 4K monitors 2x32 Samsung 1x27 LG 3840x2160, Windows11 Prof. 23H2 - now Windows11 Prof. 25H2 Flightsimulator Hardware: Honeycomb Throttle Bravo, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, Logitech Flight Joke System, XBox Controller, some Thrustmaster stuff, Winwing CDU Panels.
November 18, 20223 yr It happened to me in the A320 today. i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440
November 18, 20223 yr Author I for myself can definitely confirm the problem is only with the A310. In the FBW A320, DC-3, Milviz Beaver, PMDG 737 and Maddog Comms are fine. I dont own the Fenix A320 so far. Now is that a ticket for Asobo or for inibuilds support? 😜

November 18, 20223 yr I just tried it offline but it is the same. In my case at the moment the whole atc conversation plays at once (pilot and atc simultaneous) while the pilot keeps repeating himself. It also leads to ctd sometimes. Edited November 18, 20223 yr by Gerwil With A310

With all other aircraft i -never- had this issue. Can the A310 meddle with azure connection somehow?

I have this problem all the time with every other aircraft especially the Longitude (WT G3000). It's actually getting worse. Once you get it on a route or plane for the first time it starts to happen all the time with that particular route or aircraft. When ATC stops working it's not long after that I get a CTD (every time).😶 It's frustrating reading the official forums and people (just because they're exclusively using the A310 now) identifying this as an exclusive A310 problem.😣 Either way if they fix the problem for the A310 it should transcend to everything else. November 19, 20223 yr I'm on a flight now using the AI comms to handle the handoffs. I can hear ATC just fine. Can't hear my FO. November 19, 20223 yr Since SU11 I’ve had flights with non-A310 aircraft where ATC worked fine. I’ve had zero flights with the A310 where ATC worked fine. Try a Longitude flight (WT G3000, FSRealistic) from KADS to KFFC a couple times and report back if you're not seeing an issue with ATC and CTD's. 😐 I use this flight as I can reproduce the problem repeatably. November 19, 20223 yr Somehow I got ATC issues with the A310. Since I use PF3, my workaround was to set it to ignore avionics master switch (or something like that). Also, if I ever use the standby Freq, I'm getting issues. I have to make all frequency changes in the active radio only. Maybe it's related with the way iniBuilds coded their radios? Maybe it's related with the way iniBuilds coded their radios? I think you might be onto something with the standby radio. As soon as you touch it, something goes wrong. I'm not in agreement that it is an a310 problem, though. Every time I take off from KIAD (or KBWI via TERPZ), I start picking up ATIS from Winchester / Front Royal. The only way to stop it is to de-select the Mic selector (2nd one - turn the light out) on the FO side. Now maybe it's just me, but if the microphone selector switch affects received audio, that is an clear indication that there is a problem in MSFS with the radios. I honestly think it is something really silly like they used the wrong internal variables for some of the functions.
