You’re talking about throttle quadrants. I’m referring to a yoke. You can’t put the Fulcrum and Yoko in the same “expensive” class given the Yoko is double the price.

No Ray, I'm talking about TM Boeing Edition Yoke...and TQ which you can buy separately.  Here you go:

Noel, your previous post started “TQ Boeing and Airbus editions ..” As Airbuses don’t have yokes it seemed clear you were talking about TQs.

No matter. I’ve made my recommendation. It’s up to the OP what he chooses.

the TQ is the right fit for me.

That's the important bit!
Whether it's a Saitek, a Thrustmaster, a Fulcrum, a Yoko, a Brunner or a multi-thousand $, custom-built, full replica linked Capt and FO 737 yoke, we've all got to pick the option that best satisfies the balance of our fidelity, space and budget requirements.

I was looking at a Thrustmaster 'Boeing' setup initially, but they seemed to have cheaped out massively on the exterior design compared to their Airbus version.
A yoke with a more realistic airliner-style pivot would have been interesting.

For the yoke/joystick, or the TQ?  Many have complained the TQ isn't up to speed but it's perfect for my needs.  The yoke exterior is anything but 'cheaped out massively' and the internals are all metal and employ mag sensors.  I was initially looking at Fulcrum however its depth meant I needed to move my display away another 6-8" plus all metal exterior just does not belong feng shui-wise in a home FS station--it's just too industrial looking for my tastes--overkill, in a word.

Thanks all for taking the time to reply. I’m going to go ahead and buy the TM Boeing yoke with Amazon’s BF offer. Their returns are quite generous should I discover it has nothing to do with the hardware and I’m just terrible.

I’ll post an update when it arrives.

Go for the Thrustmaster TCA Boeing Yoke, got myself one from Amazon (still on offer), it is the best yoke I ever had.

Its $286 USD on Amazon Black Friday. We once sent a mattress back to Amazon that we didn't like. No charge for returning that heavy package.

On the other hand, apparently the white dog was not excited about this yoke...

Wasn't he? I think he liked it a lot, and he said that several times in the video .....

Nvidia 4090 | AMD 9950X | 96GB DDR5 6000 CL30 | LG C1 48" | Pimax Crystal Light
TCA Boeing Yoke | Honeycomb Bravo | TPR Rudders | Stream Deck XL | Streamdeck+ | Tobii 5 | Knobster

This deadzone seems to be a no-go for the Thrustmaster Yoke. Anybody can share experiences?

Regards, Jan Ast

Win 11 PC | Ryzen 7800 X3D | RTX 5080 | LG 42 C2
Cockpit 😉 | TrackIR 5 | Octavia IFR-1 | Virpil Alpha on WarBRD, Virpil CM3 Throttle, Virpil Sharka Control Panel | Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo | TM TPM Rudder

The thrustmaster Boeing yoke and honeycomb bravo throttle quadrant is the best purchase/ combination I have made.

Mike

So, to have a sense of realism, I would need three setups at least: one for Boeing, one for Airbus, and one for GA? Next thing you know, my living room looks like Sporty's Pilot Shop.

While the talking head was enthusiastic, the dog just sat there expressionless... there's a good copilot not to calling attention to himself, actually fell asleep when not feeling needed..., LOL

Possibly defective from the factory? Mine is nothing like that. The slightest subtle movement triggers a response.

Ah, got you now 😉

The dog had a kind of anxious look on his face: will there be enough money for treats left over with all this cash being spent on all this plastic junk.😄
