January 10, 20233 yr was shopping tis afternoon and I had to go down the soft drink aisle when something caught my eye. Cream Soda. I haven't had cream soda in a long time so I bought a four-pack. The unique thing about this brand is that it come in honest to goodness glass bottles and you need a bottle opener to pry off the cap. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.

Noel Being British I rarely see this here and whenever I have tried it I simply could not work out what on earth it was meant to be. A strange tasting concoction. What actually is it? January 14, 20233 yr Interesting question. I drank it for years when I was younger and never thought about what was in it. So, I looked it up and found this: https://sodapopcraft.com/what-is-cream-soda/ Intel 10700K @ 5.1Ghz, Asus Hero Maximus motherboard, Noctua NH-U12A cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 3200 MHz RAM, RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, 100TB of disk storage. A few years ago I asked the waiter, a young guy around 19, if they had that. He had never heard of it and said he’d ask the bar man if they could make it. I said no, it’s not a cocktail but a soda, to which he said no, they don’t have it. Frankly I haven’t even seen it a most grocery stores in years. Might be able to find it at a place like Wholefoods or Central Market who carry a wide variety of niche items. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator

January 14, 20233 yr What brand was it? Anyone in the Naples, or Miami area that can tell me the brand name of the famous Cuban, or Latino brand of soda sold in that area? When I lived in Naples, we could get it in the Publix stores, but I can't remember the brand name. Thanks

He'd go into a restaurant and ask for sarsparilla. Already by the early 2000's none of the waiters knew what it was. Same with "bourbon and branch".
