Other things to try are: 'Land and sea traffic' (especially if GAIST v3 is installed) sliders set to zero 'Airport life' sliders to zero Limit AI aircraft to EGLL only (if that's possible using the AIG or FSLTL controllers) or limit the traffic radius to 10nm. January 12, 20233 yr Author I use GSX and AIG and don't have any issue with invisible aircraft models here. I do have an issue where I sometimes have to launch Traffic Controller 2-3 times because of simconnect issues causing it to disconnect from TC. But that's probably because there 4 busy airports all with in TC's spawn radius. This airport doesn't even use GSX jetways, so it shouldn't be causing object limit problems anyways. Greets, Markus When someone has GSX and uses a profile for EGLL he could have GSX-native VDGS. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

January 12, 20233 yr Author The installer for Nool VDGS should be in the airport's folder. At least that is how it was for the Sim Market download. Edited January 12, 20233 yr by Tuskin38
January 13, 20233 yr I bought this airport as a sort of experiment today. I have been avoiding the "superhub" airports in MSFS for fear of tanking my performance so I thought that if I was going to buy one as an experiment then it had to be good old Heathrow. I'm astonished at how well it runs. I'm very shocked. I started it up with the PMDG 737 and all the bells and whistles just to see how bad the frame rate would be. I'm currently locking my frame rate at 60 and when I looked at the frame rate 60 is where it sat. I honestly didn't expect that so I started taxiing about and 60 is where it stayed. Well, there were a few drops down to 56 at times but if I had not been looking I wouldn't have noticed and when I did stare at that counter it didn't drop below 60 very often. I never took off and flew a circuit, that test will happen tomorrow but the ground performance had me scratching my chin. Ok, I thought......... with all the bells and whistles on and including GSX it runs extremely well so I thought I would merge this little experiment with one that I was conducting earlier which was that I installed FSLTL for the first time. I decided to see what Heathrow looked like with that running. Again I was impressed. FPS dropped to about 50 with the occasional dip into the 40s with quite a lot of AI. Now, dropping below 50 is a no-go for me with TrackIr but if I lower the AI a little and keep the frame rate above 50 this will be usable for me with AI. I was expecting to have to decide between a shiny Heathrow or AI but I'm beginning to see that I may well be able to have both. This was all very encouraging. And that model of Terminal 5 is really quite something and considering it was 30% off I have had my money's worth just playing around with it today. I'm impressed with their work and will be curious to see how their other stuff performs if/when I buy it in the future. January 13, 20233 yr A bit like Jazz above, I bought it as an experiment as well, as I had decided as part of moving from P3Dv5 (which I still have) to not buy airports that were provided as enhanced by the MSFS package. I would get about 51 FPS at the Asobo EGLL in the Fenix, and I get exactly the same at the iniBuilds EGLL (with Asobo uninstalled). Interestingly it makes zero difference if I select the SD textures and move every slider to off! 51 FPS… and I have verified that the configurator is disabling the appropriate files. Having said that, it is a smooth experience as I have a proper Nvidia G-Sync monitor. I am on W11, MSI Z590 Pro WiFi, i7-11700K 4.85GHz, 32GB RAM, Gigabyte RTX 4080, and use Frame Generation. I suspect if I did not use FG, and used VSYNC 50% refresh rate (so capped 30 FPS) as I did when I had a Gigabyte 3080Ti that maybe the options may make a difference? Anyway, that is my experience thus far over the last 24hrs, I plan on flying a flight to EGLL later today to test the arrival experience…something short like EIDW-EGLL to have a look see. It is quite a life like scenery, better than any previous rendition (and I have had them all going back to FS9). Edited January 13, 20233 yr by mwa05 Spelling
January 13, 20233 yr I found this Version very well done, performs good with FSLTL Traffic and using the airport scene with all the Gimmicks that comes with EGLL.
