Your decision OFC, but honestly, what is to take, say, 10 seconds choosing the default 737 or the Cessna or any of the LR default aircraft and then the Zibo, to then be able to profit from what is by far the best simulation of a modern 737 available for X-Plane 12? Zibo is "study-level" and on pair with the most sophisticated products I used for similar aircraft in the various platforms I have played with along the year of simming. Just like the PMDG 737-600 was for MFS, this is probably the main reason I now use XP12 for, with the Toliss A319 in 2nd place - and I do like Airbuses over Boeings 🙂 Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
March 1, 20233 yr Author On my WIN 11 PC. Xplane11 No requirement to load the Cessna first to use Zibo737. So, why does XP12 Zibo737 require the Cessna to be loaded first? Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW

I don't know for sure but some say it's related to graphics issues. I though it concerned only AMD, but I'm on an RTX 3060 Ti and while I didn't experience it for a while it started happening this weekend, after LR repaired the problems with GRIB downloads, although I don't think it is related to that, OFC... I also had a sim freeze when during a night flight I tried to change the time of day. Other than that, I have completed 3 flights without any problems ( other than Cagarini obsturcting my windshield during cockpit preparation and short finals...), excellent performance and the new weather which, while still not absolutely perfect is around 90% perfect (data wise). Graphics don't bother me that much, but I even prefer it most of the time to what I had in MFS Edited March 1, 20233 yr by cagarini Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

I have now tested XP12, Zibo737 on two WIN11 PC’s. One uses Nvidia RTX 2080Ti 11GB and the other PC uses Nvidia RTX3070 8 GB. Both freeze loading Zibo737 unless I load the Cessna first. So, for now I use XP11 on one PC and only “test” XP12 on the second PC. Still waiting for my XP11 payware products to become available on XP12. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW

The weather in XP12 is much more detailled / realistic than in XP11, so, while I understand that you keep XP11 for some addons, truth is the Zibo is just a few seconds away from the loading time in XP11 ** AND ** in XP12 you can benefit from a much more advanced weather simulation. Also, after having spent more & more time playing with this amazing freeware 737 simulation, and watching various youtubes, I really think the Zibo is a Superb Project and one that really is well to the level, and actually above most payware options. March 1, 20233 yr I have never needed to load the 172 before Zibo's 737. But then again, I'm on AMD and on Linux. 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days

Neither did I until last sunday 😕 I'm on Nvidia RTX 3060Ti, there was no driver or Win 11 update, didn't install anything new in XP12, only thing that changed was the fix to the NOAA GRIB downloads... They started working again and, at the same time when I tried to load a flight in the Zibo 737 EA 3.8, and the later 3.9, it hanged on start, so I recalled someone having suggested loading another default LR aircraft before the Zibo and it works for me... March 3, 20233 yr I like the enviroment in xplane 12 and the ATC system, its a shame that x12 can not incorporate the zipomod B737-800 for us.I am 74, English and have been an armchair pilot for 20 years and enjoy very much indeed. I think that Little NavMap is the best freeware add on running with xp11/xp12.I live in the Philippines and in ex12, my local Airport - Mactan,Cebu RPVM the ILS pathways are missing ! I hope that they will update this area soon, I have tried to contact L.Research but they have no simple email system. Thankyou.

Dear PILOT30748, Mactan - Cebu ( LAPU ) does not have an ILS for runways 04 / 22 but rather non-precision VOR approaches for rw 04 as well as RNP and VOR approaches for rw 22. I am not next to my XP computer but I will check later that the MACTAN VOR (114.30) is included, and if that's the case then you an get one of the RW04 or RW22 approach charts and use them to practise your approaches. For the RNP approaches you need an aircraft equipped with the necessary equipment (GPS). March 5, 20233 yr just about to try XP12 (understand there is a separate XP12 version) -so could anyone please provide the link to the base XP12 version? also I understand from all of the above comments there is no single direct download for the latest version(?) - so assume I will need to install some patches over the top over this base version?(assuming there is no updater that your could run 🙂
