Pyreegue have just announced the end of their partnership with Orbx, so no further Pyreegue products on Orbxdirect, including EGNX so people may as well just go and buy it on Contrail, I just have, downloading now, I'm annoyed because I could have been flying at EMA two days ago instead being loyal to Orbx.

Orbx have just made one of their worst business decisions yet, they've just lost the best airport dev by far.

I was wondering why it wasn't on Orbx yet and now it makes sense. Here is the announcement for anyone who wants to read the direct statement:

I see Donnington Race Circuit is modelled, along with racing cars going around the track. It's the detail that Pyreegue goes to in his airports is top notch.

oh nice, do they do a full circuit? I've heard the recent Daytona Airport which included the track had cars disappearing half way round which ruins the immersion (not bought that myself)

Not to sure if it's they go round the full circuit, but defiantly coppice, and starkeys straight.  

And there’s also a really good model of the nearby ratcliffe power station included too.

It’s a very prominent feature when operating at EMA in real life, not that I’ve done that much.

Pyreegue is one of those developers I'll buy even if I don't need or even want the airport.  They are the AAA #1 top quality developer right now in my book.

Yes, a custom GSX profile was made specifically for EGNX by Will Hinshaw

Yes they do a full circuit without any interruptions

Ha ,if one of them is a black volvo estate it could be me !

I used to sit there and watch the planes for my standbys during the pandemic, I had to be within 2 hours call out for LHR which I can’t do from my house so I’d spend 6 hours sat on Diseworth road waiting for the phone to go off, with a coffee and greggs sausage roll.  Whoever said being an airline pilot wasn’t glamorous anymore.
