August 21, 20232 yr Anyone else having a problem starting a flight? I dfid one flight this morning , no problem.. Now I am trying to start second flight, I select airport and gate, and then nothing happens. Screen stays on first aircraft, music plays, and nothing. THis reminds me of server problem a couple of weeks ago. I restarted PC, same thing??/

August 21, 20232 yr Author It looks like the problem is the PMDG 737. Fenix and other aircraft load fine. The 737, causes screen to freeze when trying to load flight. Weird. I have the 737-800 and 737-600. The 800 is what I have been fly ing. I just tried the 600 now, and everything works correctly. The 800 is the issue. Edited August 21, 20232 yr by Bobsk8

August 21, 20232 yr I had the xbox updated, rebooted the pc and now the live weather is back. Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).
August 21, 20232 yr I was flying the PMDG 738 last night, everything seemed fine until final...@1000', disconnected AP, and AP still showed "Green" active...all my buttons and switches were frozen and I made an awkward hard landing...reversers seemed to work (Honeycomb Throttle), but throttles in cockpit stayed forward. So, there was some form of disconnect there. But, I did have an actual server disconnect message earlier on in the flight. So, maybe that was my undoing. August 21, 20232 yr Since the server outage on Sunday, I have to manually select live weather, even though it is on in the Data settings. It seems to be defaulting to clear skies for some reason. i7 12700K , DDR4 64GB RAM @3600MHz, Asus Z690-Plus D4 MB, Gainward 4090 RTX Graphics, 850W Corsair PSU, Kraken AIO watercooler, Nvme 1TB ssd, 1TB ssd, 500GB ssd.

August 22, 20232 yr Author Found my problem, turned out to be a PMDG 737-800 issue. I worked with PMDG tech support, and they had be do a really clean uninstall and reinstall. That fixed it. Their support was excellent.
