FlyByWire Simulations | A32NX | Stable Version 0.11.0

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Immerse yourself with advanced navigational capabilities as we introduce vertical navigation to Stable Version 0.11.0 of the A32NX. We have refined various crucial flight instruments, bolstered the FMS with comprehensive updates, and introduced new realistic simulations of systems involving cross bleed engine starts and air conditioning.

We're also excited to introduce updates to the flyPadOS with more reliable weather data from NOAA, new functionality, and cosmetic upgrades.

This is excellent news. Does this maybe clear the way FMS-v2 to hit dev at some point?

It's unrelated.

cFMS-v2 is still in closed testing and bug-fixing.

Thanks.

Glad for the progress. Hoping for that RNAV implementation soon 🙂

Thank you so very much for continuing to add to this wonderful altruistic endeavor. I know there has been a lot of attention given to the Fenix Fifi, but the team’s work here is important and impressive and appreciated. I will always be grateful for the first airliner I was able to operate with fidelity in MSFS.

@Watsi could you tell us if the visual detail level demonstrated in the A380 VC previews will eventually make its way to the A320? That is one area that I would really appreciate as it where I spend all my time and there is definite opportunity for improvement.

I remain obliged- C

In short, yes. There's plans to do a custom model with the same level of fidelity as the 380

I second this motion. As someone who came along to flight sim late, I've been blown away by the level of detail and work that has gone into this as an ongoing free of charge project, delivered with passion and professionalism. FBW, for me, are the pinnacle.

Due to the development nature, there is none. We'll release at a point that we feel comfortable with sharing to the public.

Great news. Even though I am on the dev version since years to get the latest updates and was never disappointed

Hi there again,

We just published a small update for our A32NX Stable Version (0.11.1). It primarily addresses some minor issues that were present in our previous stable release. Specifically, we have resolved a problem when a runway is missing from the base sim, but the navdata has been added externally (e.g. Navigraph).

Happy Flying!
