November 10, 200718 yr Author I'm flying it 'as we speak', and I agree. This is my first leg of a long journey (around Lake Tahoe right now) back to Ohio. This aircraft is really nice....no doubt. You forgot to mention the sound set, it is really fantastic as well.....back to my flight ;)
November 10, 200718 yr Just look out either window at the cowls and propellers, and scroll a liitle down to see the scenery...especially when taking off. HEAVEN!Stan
November 11, 200718 yr Heaven, well, almost. I can now report that i have flown 13.6 hours in the Twin Comanche. What an airplane. I flew it from Norway, across snowy Sweden, to Estonia...then to Pskov in Russia...then down across Poland to Tatry, in Slovakia. And there I sit. :) I think I need to put something in the screenshot forum! It was quite a flight, with lots of OVC, icing to contend with, rain, snow mix. Are any of you flying in Europe right now? Europe has some BAD weather right now. Cold and nasty.I've been flying FS since 1986 and I don't want to over-do my enthusiasm for this aircraft in this sim, but I did have "one of those moments" in FS tonight. You all know what I'm talking about. Great job Eaglesoft, all of youse guys, as they say in Philly.RhettAMD 3700+ (@2585 mhz), eVGA 7800GT 256 (Guru3D 93.71), ASUS A8N-E, PC Power 510 SLI, 2gb Corsair XMS 3-3-3-8 (1T), WD 150 gig 10000rpm Raptor, WD 250gig 7200rpm SATA2, Seagate 120gb 5400 rpm external HD, CoolerMaster Praetorian Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB
November 11, 200718 yr Hope this isn't a stupid question, but will you apply those updates and create an update for the regular Cirrus releases?Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)N15802 KASH '73 Piper Cherokee Challenger 180 Tom Perry
November 11, 200718 yr >Hope this isn't a stupid question, but will you apply those>updates and create an update for the regular Cirrus releases?>>ThomasDepends, there is special modeling done on the Cirrus Series to accomodate the parachute which may prohibit implementation of any number of newer techniques. Time will tell:-)
