Thanks, will have a second look and see what happens on coming flights.

I'm pretty sure I always had clouds set to High without touching that or any other settings in a long time.

Good to know about the colors and thanks for the quick response not to mention your awesome tool!

Are you aware this is how FSUIPC was created many years ago? It takes a very clever person to disassemble a executable and analyse the contents. The original UIPC was created by Adam Zofran and then P

Okay, this thread is becoming too long to search now. I am currently getting no display of information when I use this app. I remember there is a fix for this but there's so many pages I haven't found it. I have removed and reinstalled and rebooted but still no luck. I know its running just not displaying. I checked the troubleshooting/readme file and didn't see anything. Thanks for the help.

There should be an icon in the tray. IIRC when you click that it will display on screen. Either that or right click icon and see what options are presented - not at flight system at the moment

From the readme:

  • The app's window position will be remembered between sessions, except movements to it made while in VR due to window restoration issues. If there are issues with the window not displaying correctly on startup, as can happen when auto-starting the app through MSFS of FSUIPC, either don't use auto-start, restart the app within 10 seconds of last closing it to auto reset the window position, or manually permanently disable this feature in the config file by setting the RememberWindowPos line to be false.

Thanks for the reply. I looked but apparently overlooked that in the readme. I’ll give that a try when I’m back at my computer.

No worries. For some reason on my system, I am unable to auto start AutoFPS with MSFS as the app window shows off screen and I can't get it back on the screen. I have had to remove the auto start option and just start the app manually and it all works fine now.

Got it. Removed the auto start. Thanks again for the software. I have been a supporter since the beginning!

Is this some kind of animal conspiracy? The taskbar icon for AutoFPS is a dog and the one for Lossless Scaling is a duck!

I use the Auto Launch feature in Addons Linker (tools, options, additional options) to perform my autostarts of MSFS-related apps.  It works well including with AutoFPS.

I upvoted the above message, but I don't use AL autostart. Because I assumed it would be worthless. But apparently it isn't.

I have been an ardent Addons Linker user since it was a couple of months old. Like you I only started paying attention to its autostart feature after reading another members reference to it just a couple of months ago.  I took some time to set it up and have used it consistently since them.  I use the Fltplan Go app combination with my PC and iPad, AutoFPS, Active Sky MSFS, and fsltl traffic injector.  I simply use Addons Manager to tee up my chosen scenery and liveries addons for the day. then nvoke the AL autostart.  I walk away to retrieve a fresh cup of coffee or a cold beer.  When I return all of those apps are running and I have MSFS at its main screen..

Priceless.

Unable to Eliminate Simconnect Error

I have installed and uninstalled several times the app.  After the sim loads, the "Connection Status" always displays "RED" for a simconnect issue.  I have checked the documentation and there is ony 1 Mobi.. module; the C++ 2015 redistribution is installed.  I've also excluded the msfs2020 autofps folder/directory.  The error log is--
