The video is 8 months old so unless it improved, I think it is not possible to overcome the way msfs simulate the traffic.

For sure, way better and immersive than the default ATC. But not perfect.

The guest voices solely are Auto respond voices. When you don't speak yourself and are using buttons to communicate with ATC (or have Auto respond on because you are flying an unattended long haul) you can select various voices for 'you'. US male, US female, UK male, UK female and then a few guest voices. That's it. Those voices won't be used by controllers.

IIRC, it will inject and control AI traffic, yes. They showed a video a while back of that process.

There's literally a video at the top of the page showing it.

I really hope that at the launch of the product there will be an in game panel available with an interface and a log of communication between the user and atc. This is very useful for the growing number of VR users and people whose native language is not english.
