If the disintegration was in the predicted area then the launch licence will be modified without requiring the mishap report. Launch licence could be received in as little as a week. June 2, 20242 yr NASA has announced there will not be a launch attempt on Sunday, June 2. More time is needed to sort out the issues with the ground launch sequencing computers getting out of synch. Sounds like it is not a Boeing issue, but an issue with the equipment at the launch facility.
