Is there somewhere a list of what plugins are using (Zinc), OGL?

Cheers.

No. Only developers know. Since I believe its only for those that draw things on screen, Id assume if they dont they arnt.

AFAIK, it doesn't depend on the plugin. Zink is a bridge between OGL and Vulkan. It's you who decide if you use it or not.

Btw I just found that the dumbest of all things is still present.

Namely that if I want to exit the game from the main menu and hit ESC the sim automatically loads the last flight which can lead to 10 minute loading time with OrbX.

Yup, still there. Please file it (even just to see if Laminar thinks this should be intentional): https://www.x-plane.com/x-plane-bug-report-form/

All plugins that want to draw menus, cockpit displays, etc. use OpenGL. Zink is merely a way to say you want X-Plane to translate the OpenGL calls into vulkan istead of having the graphics driver do it.

For lack of a better comparison: Translate a sign in a foreign language directly inside of the camera app (= Zink) instead of making a photo of the sign, extracting the text and running the text through a text-based online translator (= driver). Same result (= translated text), different methods.

People who have glasses can just pretend to have taken them off, the effect is the same.

Yeah, my eyesight is so poor now I don't know how much difference a sharper image would make anyway 😵

Are you using Global Forests V2 by chance?  Some have reported this is causing stutters.
