MSFS2020 map replacement app

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I used to have an app which changed the MSFS2020 startup graphics and gave us a different opening screen from which to choose initial aircraft/flights/graphics/options etc.

I cannot for the life of me recall the apps name but I really would like to re-install it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Tony

Parallel 42 - Stripr

Unsure if there is others

Mike,

Thanks mate,

I am not at all sure that Stripr is for me. For one it is a payware app and I just watched a video of it in action. Looks good and Parallel42 has a really good name, but it is not really what I want.

The one I want is one that was or is available in Flightsim.to but I cannot find it because I do not remember its name.

Thanks for your suggestion though.

Here''s hoping

Tony

If he is it's listed as unavailable on FlightSim.to. I have and use it all the time. No problems so I don't know what's up with the listing.

Original author was "Wingman" but now it shows "F1Pole"

Sorry man, I never did use it. You can probably find it somewhere...though, they may have taken it down because it breaks something else.

Mods,

Could I please have a ruling on this please.

This is a programme/app that I previously owned.

From the above Twenty6 has this programme and is willing to pass it on to me via dm or email.

I wish simply to ensure that that process is legal and is not going to violate either copyright or AVSIM Laws.

Thanks

FBW737,

There are several alternatives but none that I prefer or want as an alternative.

Your post was unhelpful

The OP wasn't suggesting an alternative product, he was suggesting an alternative download site for the product you do want.

Mate, If it was that easy to find, I am mystified. I spent a fair amount of time trying to find it, including googling the two proponents, Modern ui etc. I did not find it.

I just find it puzzling that someone would take the time to say things like "google is your friend"

or "Well I did a google search and found an alternative download site but I'll leave you to find it yourself, its not difficult" instead of just providing a link which is actually helpful, and, just as easy.

I am grateful that he responded but it was not helpful to me..

Why not message the author on flightsim.to and ask if he as any issues with you getting a copy from someone else?

Guys,

I cannot find this on Flightsim.to.  I googled Wingman and found the file but it was listed at flightsim.to and unavailable.

It seems strange that the mods who are generally so very keen to stop any illegalities appear to be reluctant to answer my query.

Thanks for your input though guys.
