  • As a former USAF T-33 Crew Chief (that's me in the middle) I am REALLY looking forward to this! I had Piglet's version back in FSX/P3D, and flew it all over the place. It was OK accuracy-wise, but I'm

This sort of discussion always interests me... "What do you do with military aircraft in MSFS?" Fly it. I am fascinated by some of it, especially watching some of them at the Chicago Air Show... I am

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Fly like my hair is on fire.  Fun, Fun. Fun.

I fly mostly very fast and very high.  The price of Jet Fuel is so cheap in MSFS.  Love the noise though.

If that much stuff needed tweaking it doesn’t sound as though the release aircraft was as accurate as the marketing had me believe?

I don’t know, not flown it as I’m not home right now, but was definitely planning on buying.

Well there’s a difference between using technical specs and basing it off actual first had knowledge

I thought they had a T-33 pilot onboard who was helping with the project? , which is why I was surprised it needed so much tweaking.

I’ll still be buying it , just interested.

I suppose the tweaking needed is in the eyes of the beholder. I'd rather take the developers word for it. They were the ones who did the most research. It's a tale as old as time in the flight sim world, no matter how realistic a plane is said to be by person A, there will always be a person B who says it's wrong.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?

Aircraft is very jittery when ran with DirectX12 Beta. Going to 11 resolves it.

Do you mean jittery in aircraft handling or performance/FPS/smoothness?

FWIW I’m using DX12 and haven’t experienced anything similar.

Just jittery. Going to DirectX 11 resolves it though.

Went ahead and switched to DirectX 12 again....T-33 now has not jittery. Odd, when I switched prior I had restarted the sim and it was jittery.

Looks like an impressive patch list, off to test tonight.
