I mean it’s almost September so I would imagine they would have some documentation or early previews of it so they can gauge what’s in store for their projects.

Why would they be when they do not have the full technical details of the MSFS 2024 SDK? How are they going to know what alterations are required (and what extra features they can add) until they get hold of this (and the simulator itself)?
