October 7, 20241 yr 36 minutes ago, StoneDoor said: No, if Atmos is the cause, it is a software issue. Then you should directly bring this up to REX either on their Axis or Discord support site. 7800+4090+64ram Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35.
October 7, 20241 yr Back on topic here.... I have now used the "Lupo" presets but tweaked them regardless. I always end up remembering more "haze" when up in the air so naturally, I add more Rayliegh. Hardware worked fine before I used Atmos, it works fine after I stopped using it. 3. Most software does not poke into other program's memory. Any way, thanks. I will leave it for now. I don't mind testing but waiting for hours to see if a problem reappears is no fun.

Since you're not bothering to report it directly to REX I did a search on their discord and axis and found nothing at all. I search a lot of buzzwords and have nothing. 50 minutes ago, StoneDoor said: Waste of time. Can I prove that Atmos caused the ethernet malfunction? No. Did other users report the same problem? Take this directly to REX as its extremely unlikely this has nothing to do with Atmos at all. I did not come here for help, I was curious if other people had a similar problem. If I report it to REX they'd probably say that I have no proof the Atmos was the cause and that they had no similar complaints. And I cannot blame them.

October 8, 20241 yr Question guys… is it possible to change the brightness and contrast with Rex Atmos as you can with Nvidia filters? For me, I use Nvidia experience to remove the darn awful, ‘blown out’ highlights in the sky. I would like to try Rex Atmos, but if it’s not possible to do this then it would be a waste of money for me. 😉 HowardMSI Mag B650 Tomahawk MB, Ryzen7-7800X3D CPU@5ghz, Arctic AIO II 360 cooler, Nvidia RTX4090 GPU, 32gb DDR5@6000Mhz, SSD/2Tb+SSD/500Gb+OS, Corsair 1000W PSU, LG Ultragear 48"4K, MFG Crosswinds, TQ6 Throttle, Fulcrum One YokeMy FlightSim YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@skyhigh776

I have the same problem as you but use both the Nvidia filters, to sort the brightness issue, and Atmos to make the sky and lighting much more realistic. Yes, it’s an extra tool, but it’s completely worth it in my view. On approach to Heathrow the other day I was exclaiming all kinds of things out loud because I couldn’t believe that what I was looking at wasn’t actually real. Atmos — with the right settings can completely transform this sim. Totally worth the $15 or whatever it was.

Just this function is totally worth the price for this software! The atmosphere now has realistic depth to it.
