There is nothing wrong with that, however not communicating with customers is worse practice ever. Even if they ceased operation, it would be appropiate just to leave a message on their facebook or website to let people know.

I understand people may not like not to know what's up, but as far as I know, PilotPlus has released only quality scenery that doesn't have any outstanding issue. If they had left stuff broken, I'd understand the need for communication, but at times people just want to drop off the radar and enjoy some peace and quiet. More than anything, I miss their quality, so I hope they're simply taking a break and will be back. Editor-in-Chief at SimulationDaily.com
