November 22, 20241 yr Yes. Unlike GAIST, however, this is based on live ship tracking data. However, I haven't discovered any ships in the sim yet.
November 22, 20241 yr I've seen a ton ships, some of the models have very low render range though so they won't appear unless you get close. You need to have live traffic enabled in the Online options tab, this will also enable Live AI Aircraft there's no way to separate them at the moment. You can also enable nameplates in the flight interface options menu to help find them easier. https://imgur.com/a/w2187SH 59 minutes ago, riverreveal said: Is this mod now incorporated into the sim by default? It's live traffic, and the models are not GAIST's they're new ones made by Gaya. Edited November 22, 20241 yr by Tuskin38

I would hope we can disable both and go back to AIG/FSLTL and GAIST if that is the case and they can't be separated... If it is either all online MSFS traffic or ALL offline AIG/GAIST I would prefer the latter I am sure all of this will get worked out but it just doesn't seem like they have done some very simple things I would have expected after the lessons learned in 2020. little things like this leave me scratching my head for example. Kaiii3 figured it out a workaround, in the graphics settings set the quality of airplane AI traffic to OFF. Edited November 22, 20241 yr by Tuskin38
November 22, 20241 yr I somehow thought the GAIST team contributed to MSFS2024…. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

We can add that to the list of things Asobo did that make us all scratch our head LOL Not saying I haven't read a lot of positives but some of the changes seem illogical and more of a change this for the sake of change than anything... They seem to have tried to fix a lot of things that weren't broken LOL Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

This is one of my must haves for MSFS2024. Have they managed to get AIG running fully in MSFS2024 using the Traffic controller ? November 22, 20241 yr Author I think FS24 maybe even has been released in a more beta state than FS20, cloud/servers appart. Ok, no problem, if they solve it more and more in the next several months like FS20. Live real ship traffics when it works well in FS24, must be brutal, don´t swich it off! haha Edited November 22, 20241 yr by peloto
