November 25, 20241 yr Hi all, There is presently an issue with the sim where in some cases when merging aircraft CFGs for the new modular SimObject format, the CFGs can become corrupted for some data for some people. This causes the data for the lights to be different than as it is specified in the CFGs, where it is actually correctly defined. The issue has been reported to the sim teams and I believe they are looking into the cause of this issue. -Matt

It seems most default aircraft have some kind of external lighting issues. Eric i9-12900k, RTX 5070ti OC, 32GB ddr5 5600 RAM, 2TB 980 Pro SSD, Titan 240RX AIO, Samsung CRG90 49", Win 11

November 25, 20241 yr In case anyone is interested in the new modular SimObject format, you can check it out in the SDK for 2024. I can see how merging could be problematic at first go around. https://docs.flightsimulator.com/msfs2024/html/5_Content_Configuration/Modular_SimObjects/Modular_SimObjects.htm Edited November 25, 20241 yr by tyrodes more info
November 26, 20241 yr On the plus side, the Longitude finally has a cabin 😍 hopefully they port it back to 2020
