December 13, 20241 yr I can see options for online/offline AI and also traffic quality setting in the graphics menu. However, I don't see an option to choose the percentage amount of road/air/ground traffic like we have in FS2020. Anyone know how it's done? The one traffic quality settings does it all: density, quality, etc, it's all linked. (Which sucks, really.)
December 13, 20241 yr Author cheers for that i7 12700K , DDR4 64GB RAM @3600MHz, Asus Z690-Plus D4 MB, Gainward 4090 RTX Graphics, 850W Corsair PSU, Kraken AIO watercooler, Nvme 1TB ssd, 1TB ssd, 500GB ssd.
December 13, 20241 yr I was used to FSLTL. Live traffic in 2024 is awful. Rubbish. Garbage. It's the thing that makes me rue the day I switched.
December 13, 20241 yr so theirs no way to get ride of those horrible looking default a380s and A330s with those pointy noses? Jason Richards

December 13, 20241 yr well my 2024 is full of them and they have pointy noses, they are everywhere even worse then 2020, they look terrible Jason Richards

Turn airport ground traffic off by setting the quality setting to off. The same for air traffic, road traffic, ships and fauna. The quality setting dictates density and view distance. December 14, 20241 yr It is a bizarre decision, and yet another reason why I am sticking with MSFS 2020 until further notice. December 14, 20241 yr Author I tried setting to low and found that traffic populates really close to you. I turned into the gate and a plane populated right there in front of me, really poor. Agree, bad decision. i7 12700K , DDR4 64GB RAM @3600MHz, Asus Z690-Plus D4 MB, Gainward 4090 RTX Graphics, 850W Corsair PSU, Kraken AIO watercooler, Nvme 1TB ssd, 1TB ssd, 500GB ssd.
December 14, 20241 yr Was (partially) surprise to see plenty of United and Alaska planes at KSFO. No AIG or FSLTL in my community. Unfortunately except United/Alaska (I tested Live trafic) all others were generic liveries/manufacturer liveries. 3D models was Ok (zero ugly nose like in MSFS2020). Hopefully, the number of accredited real airlines will raise and be streamed automatically. I'm questioning about the performance impact of these MSFS traffic. I had to reduce to LOW, which kept a fair amount of trafic around as AFAIR. Vincent B. Check my free MSFS sceneries : https://flightsim.to/profile/vbazillio/trending and my hardware configuration.
