AIG Manager beta for MSFS2024

Instructions: https://www.alpha-india.net/2024/12/17/ai-manager-beta-for-msfs2024/

Link to the beta: https://github.com/Kaiii3/AIGTech-AIManager-beta/releases/tag/1.3.0.3

I'd like to try it but the instructions say you have to start in 2020 mode but I don't have 2020 installed anymore... I only have a backup of the AIG folders so I'm not sure if I can start this new version directly in MSFS2024 mode... so I'll probably wait until the first experiences roll in.

  • We are working on a fix for the Beta users only having FS2024 installed. Should be ready later today 🙂   Regarding performance: Remember this is a simple port from 2020, we have not done any

Great news! This could mean that we now get the gear back on the AIG models.

Thanks for that but I do have a backup of my own

Ah, sorry, I should have read your post properly. Hope you get it working!

Just updated and did a test.

Default EHAM + Inibuilds A320 + BeyondATC with AIG from 100 to 50 fps.

Default EHAM + Inibuilds A320 + BeyondATC with FSLTL from 100 still around 100 fps.

Edit: after new tests AIG does cost more fps then FSLTL but not as much as on my first try.

Wow, didn't know the difference in performance was that big! I'm going to do a FSLTL/AIG comparison with FSHud - if I can remember how to use FSLTL with FSHud that is.

To me it looks like he used beyond atc injecting the FSLTL OR AIG Models, but routed and driven by beyondatc.

I just installed the base models with the flybywire installer and made sure the fsltl base models folder is in the community 2024 folder. Then I just started BeyondATC and it loads the AI traffic.

I use the FSLTL injector (v1.6.7) with FSHud, but I'm not sure FSHud is controlling the AI (removing as needed). If you're able to use FSLTL and FSHud correctly, can you let us know your settings so we can duplicate?

oops sorry, I didn't realize this was a thread for BATC...

It's about the new AIG Manager beta for MSFS2024.
I'm using FSHud, but I've been using AIG exclusively for the last 6 months or so. I've forgotten to use FSLTL with FSHud - and the procedure might be different in 2024 vs 2020.

Yep, you're right! My mistake (glad I was wrong!). Anyway, if there is another way to use FSLTL without the (v1.6.7) injector and simply have FSHud inject FSLTL directly, I'd like to know the settings too...

Is there something I have to add in the FSHud configuration file (fsltl-trafficinjector-config.json) in AppData\Roaming to be able to use the FSLTL injector with FSHud?

EDIT: I think I remember - the procedure is different now since FSLTL stopped supporting 3rd party addons including FSHud. I guess I can just run the injector then set FSHud to "simulator traffic - enable"
