I missed the livestream and the YouTube vid has been made private. Will a replay be posted somewhere?

  • Thanks for the feedback, all! We're excited for everyone to get their hands on what we consider one of the coolest aircraft ever made.

  • Sounds are a blast as well. Also also the efb and oans....just superior done.  GSX integration seems also a great step up  Seems InIbuilds sets a new standard.

Wait I thought the live stream was today the 6th at 1000z. What am I missing?

It's currently 1330z so the stream has already ended. They will edit a video from the VOD and upload it to Youtube.

Time are you missing?

I have a feeling this will be the best A350 add-on ever made for a flight sim.  I guess we will see when it's released.  Best of luck to you!

Did they state how is the performance? Didn’t look too good during the livestream

Because it wasn't a straight stream they were streaming someone streaming on Discord. He said he was getting around 130 FPS (with frame gen so that would be 65 real FPS), on a 4090 and a dying i9 CPU (don't remember what model)

They're using 1K textures in the cockpit with detail maps to make them look higher detailed better than they are which helps with performance.

The inibuilds store version of the aircraft will have the option for a lower detail version of the aircraft with some details removed/reduced to help even more with performance. For example the avionics bay will be removed in the lower detailed version.

Ah ok. That’s good to hear

Just finished watching and wow they are most certainly raising the bar here, looks to be a very deeply simulated aircraft with tonnes of details covered in systems and visual fidelity. They mention and demonstrate at this timestamp https://youtu.be/ucrsosGdgBQ?t=5487 about how the 2024 version is definitely making use of the new ground physics, more detailed flight model geometry for the fuselage/etc so as to enhance the CFD flight model, etc. And GSX, Navigraph, Simfbrief, LIDO (default), etc all seem to be well integrated. Their new "situations" concept for more complex failures (i.e. depressurization, bird strike, dual engine failure) in addition to individual traditional systems failures in the EFB is pretty interesting.

Can't wait. Looking forward to reviews in the field from the usual pros like V1, 320 Sim Pilot, A330 Driver, ITB, etc. Not sure if there are any IRL A350 pilots out there who also do simulation aircraft reviews?

Presumably their A380 will build on some of the core tech/platform introduced with the A350... What a time for simming and MSFS.

Hopefully some of the evident systems bugs that were present in the stream will be fixed prior to release, although I have little hope as these bugs are present in all other ini aircraft I have flown despite being reported numerous times.

Tengo la sensación de que este será el mejor complemento para el A350 jamás creado para un simulador de vuelo. Supongo que lo veremos cuando se lance. ¡Buena suerte!

That's not going to be too difficult either, there's not much more to choose from. The problem is that this plane is very complex and there is not much public indication like other planes so I doubt that those who are really looking for a high fidelity plane will find it here.

I think the stream showed otherwise. It looked very high fidelity.

Creo que la transmisión mostró lo contrario. Parecía de muy alta fidelidad.

Yes, surely the same high fidelity that DCS is presumed to have with pilots and trade show data for new F35.😉
