February 23, 20251 yr The A350 XWB has been one of my favorite planes next to the Boeing 777. Do you think the inibuilds A350 is more of a study level thats on par with the 777, Fenix, or better I hope? Also since the A350 share's a resemblance to FBW's A380 cockpit. Do you think it'll be better simulated compared to FlyByWire's A380? Couldnt care less about 2020 but indeed, 3 variants for 75 is not too bad Phil Leaven i5 10600KF, 32 GB 3200 RAM, ASUS 4070 12GB EVO, Asus ROG Z490-H, 2 WD Black NVME for each Win11 (500GB) and MSFS (1TB), Rolling Cache 16GB, Photogrammetry always OFF, Live Weather and Live Traffic always ON, Res 2560x1440 on 27"

So yeah, lots of package for the money. And oh... Fenix? 90 pounds sterling for all 3 variants (I think tax is included). A350: 60 pounds, + tax I think. Edited February 23, 20251 yr by Simon_C

I still keep 2020 active on my system because of that reason not everything is compatible at this point. But 2024 is my preferred sim of choice. Can't wait for developers to convert over so I can uninstall 2020 completely. How about you buy it on Friday and let us know? 😉 Edited February 23, 20251 yr by Simon_C

There are like 10 (high fidelity) aircraft, Chaseplane and at least 3 sim updates that stop me from buying MS2024 but that is kind of off topic.

I just did a 15 hour flight in FBW A380 in 2024. 12 minutes ago, JBDB-MD80 said: There are like 10 (high fidelity) aircraft Which ones? Edited February 23, 20251 yr by Tuskin38

The narrative that some people here think everyone should just move on to 2024 and completely forget about 2020 so they can be satisfied with themselves. Like I said in a previous post there are like 10 high fidelity aircraft with 2 that have not even been released for MS2020 yet which is Bluebird 757 and FS Labs A321 NEO), Chaseplane and at least 3 sim updates. I could care less about default aircraft even the Inibuilds stuff and care nothing about Lido charts either. I'm perfectly fine with MS2020 for the near future and no one is going to convince me otherwise. I'm also kind of irritated about this MS 2024 vs. 2020 debate you love 2024 than use it but don't try to convince othes. No more for me to say here. Edited February 23, 20251 yr by JBDB-MD80

I haven't read anyone slamming you for using 2020 as your sim of choice. The discussion was comparing the A350 2020 edition vs the 2024 edition. you use what you want to use, I don't think anyone cares. I don't think it's unreasonable, and it's in line with PMDG pricing structure, and is cheaper than Leonardo MD-80. That said, I do wish there was a single variant option in the US$50 range (again, a la PMDG 777F).
