I installed the ORBX LOWI airport today and was very impressed.  I started cold and dark with the BlkSq TBM 850 and went for a 30-minute sight seeing tour of the area. The airport was spectacular as I climbed out to the east.   Landed uneventfully and returned to the GA parking area where I could not find a parking spot. It is not possible to taxi anywhere except in the grass areas. 

There were literally hundreds of combines, agricultural tractors, urban fire trucks, heavy over the road trucks, lighter pickup trucks parked everywhere.  They were under the wings and belly of an A-330.  They blocked every square meter of ramp space.

I cannot be rid of them!  The community folder contains only LOWI and the TBM850.  I have set all airport settings to OFF in the options section. 

Where did this vast display of farm equipment and trucking come from and how do I rid myself of it?

Are you using a .to mod wich contains libraries with such trucks tractors and stuff? 

It could be a bad addon from flightsim to.

this add-on is not compatible with MSFS2024 as per Orebx compatibility list, I did have the same issue when I installed it and had to remove it.

It’s not a bug, it’s a feature!

That was the reason why I finally bought the ini LOWI, this one is not 2024 compatible.

There are FSX, P3D, X Plane 11 and Aerofly versions of Orbx LOWI as well and
they don't work as expected in the wrong simulator either.

Oddly, and completely the opposite to what happens in MSFS (2020),
if you activate the "default" LOWI in MSFS 2024, leaving the Orbx MSFS (2020)
one installed, all of these parked vehicles vanish, but there don't appear to be two
superimposed airport models.

Where Farm Simulator meets Flight Simulator.  A lot of people here want MSFS to be a world simulator, apparently you are in the Beta...

I'm sorry, I know it's not helpful but it certainly looks like some sort of vehicle add-on.  Have you tried disabling all road traffic?  

what was it, 70 odd people worked on this "masterpiece"

ALL everything is turned off -cars, trucks, planes, trains, flora, fauna.  Using Developer/Package mode I verified I had only 7 packages that were not ASOBO, MS, WT and each of those 7 was a western US airport or city addon.  

This problem persists across re-booting the PC and has only happened at LOWI

I seldom fly in Europe so it is no big deal.

The only reasons I tried out LOWI wer:

- saw some nice YouTube stuff about real world flying small planes out of LOWI into the mountains.  I do most of my flying in the Western US mountains.  I was a serious climber, mountaineer, and skier for decades in those mountains.  I then spent another 20-years mountain biking in them 'thar mountains.  Now, the only way I get to see my beloved uplands is thru the windows of a sim plane.

- I had 688 ORBS (Orbx benefits for spending too much money with them) and they were expiring at the end of February.  I already own every US Western airport they sell so I thought I would try LOWI.

I am sure it will all get straightened out.

For the record, I have 157 Orbs in my account, and all of them are going to be wasted because they expire at the end of this month, and they cannot be used as part payment for anything

Did you try it with both the Orbx airport and the Asobo/Gaya one active at the same time, as above?

With all due respect, if that is your empty community folder, then you must have bought Orbx LOWI from the marketplace.

This is an empty Community folder with the Asobo airport active:

I searched My Library for LOWI and found only LOWI 2.6.0 as you show.  I disabled it and found hundreds of heavy vehicles on the ramp.  I then enabled LOWI and still found hundreds of vehicles on the ramp.  

I did verify the community folder is empty by deleting it and then letting the sim recreate the folder.

Curious but not important
