VR won't be a thing until cheap and awesome hardware are available.  And even them you are going to need a machine to run it.

I'm surprised that Microsoft hasn't pulled that one off yet.

'Our' money?  My money was spent four months ago and has returned four months of pleasure. 2024 isn't 100 percent yet, but is already a superb product.

I’m sure he knows the difference. I think you have mistaken what “he” thinks with what “you” think.

Hundreds of fixes, but, same old same old negativity.

Sorry this is not my experience vast difference between sims . Will say this seems Q3 as when Microsoft still allowed me to use my G2 the difference was not that great . I have logged on tried once since su1 shuddered turned off the pile of Asobo rubbish ware . DO NOT BUY till  at least till SU2 for VR you are warned.

That may be your experience, but its not mine. There are a lot of people not having a good experience, and a lot that are, like me. Thats all I'm saying. Just because you have issues, does not mean everyone else should "NOT BUY".

Just so you are aware my comments are VR only I stand by that do not buy this product for VR use . You cannot even click on the controls most of the time.  Hopefully some improvement will happen in SU2 . If I was a 2d flyer I would be relatively happy.

I've also advised other VR users to wait until SU2 before they buy, now that the beta is around the corner we'll soon see if it was worth the (annoying) wait to fix the issues.

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

I fly VR only, I am very happy with MSFS 2024. I still have MSFS 2020 but never touched it once ever since november 19, 2024

AMD 7800X3D, Windows 11, Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX Motherboard, 64GB DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB (AMD Expo), RTX 4090,  Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB PCIe 4.0, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1 TB PCIe 4.0, 4K resolution 50" TV @60Hz, VR: Pimax Crystal Light + HP Reverb G2 @ 90 Hz, Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant, be quiet 1000W PSU, Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black air cooler.

60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking.

very nice.

Well, I also only fly in VR.  Have since release. Controls work fine for me. Only had the control issue a couple of times and a quick exit out of VR and back fixes it.

Maybe its the type of VR headset I use. Don't know why some have major issues and others don't.

Hopefully SU2 will fix that
