March 13, 20251 yr VR won't be a thing until cheap and awesome hardware are available. And even them you are going to need a machine to run it. I'm surprised that Microsoft hasn't pulled that one off yet. dd Edited March 13, 20251 yr by Sky_Pilot071

Will say this seems Q3 as when Microsoft still allowed me to use my G2 the difference was not that great . I have logged on tried once since su1 shuddered turned off the pile of Asobo rubbish ware . DO NOT BUY till at least till SU2 for VR you are warned. That may be your experience, but its not mine. There are a lot of people not having a good experience, and a lot that are, like me. Thats all I'm saying. Just because you have issues, does not mean everyone else should "NOT BUY". You cannot even click on the controls most of the time. Hopefully some improvement will happen in SU2 . If I was a 2d flyer I would be relatively happy. I've also advised other VR users to wait until SU2 before they buy, now that the beta is around the corner we'll soon see if it was worth the (annoying) wait to fix the issues. Only had the control issue a couple of times and a quick exit out of VR and back fixes it. Maybe its the type of VR headset I use. Don't know why some have major issues and others don't. Hopefully SU2 will fix that Rick i9-14900KS OC to 5.8 Ghz | 64 GIG- G.Skill 7200 RAM | Asus ROG Maximus z790 Hero Motherboard | Gigabyte RTX 5090 OC | 47" Samsung 4K Monitor I Pimax Crystal Super 50 HMD I Varjo Aero HMD I Windows 11
