In this guys case he didn't read the description so the company are in the right to not refund. If he wanted to charge back or go to court. BATC just show proof he didn't read the description which he has mentioned on here.

seriously? ...  this is an early access product only, and yes - you will be a tester as clearly stated.

No, you don't. But the original poster said he is spanish. Therefore this applies to him because he does live in the EU. He has a right to being refunded.

Unless he has agreed to waive his right to the 14 day return policy, they are not.

If you buy a product and need to go into forum and youtube videos to listen for tips...thats no good.

This is, IIRC, the first time I've heard anyone really have a fundamental "it doesn't work" issue with this product...

I don't use either...is it possible that they're conflicting with each other...? I.e., are both installed...? I've seen that cause issues in other places.

oh no. Nothing worked. Crazy planes moving everywhere except on their raxi lines. And many other things. 

i really want a refund snd forget this product.

Si no puede obtener un reembolso, intente lo que prefiero: use el inyector de tráfico de FSLTL, apague el tráfico de BATC, pero use el ATC de BATC.  Muchos encuentran esto indeseable, pero en realidad es bastante bueno y lo prefiero a usar el inyector de tráfico de BATC.  Tengo menos conflictos con él, el rendimiento es mucho mejor con más aviones, pero aún así puedes usar BATC para ATC.
