March 23, 20251 yr Kind of strange that after BATC was voted best new product in the Navigraph Poll, all of a sudden on the same day two different threads pop up stating BATC is terrible, followed by pro SI comments. Hmmmm....
March 23, 20251 yr Author By my side...i have FSHUD also. And it really works well. The strange thing is to spend money and see it doesnt work at all in the first two hours. If you buy a product and need to go into forum and youtube videos to listen for tips...thats no good. 🙂

Te problen is "Vende motos" for sinulation, They are a plague and it is getting worse every day.

They only way to get out of this is having the customer tick a checkbox in which they waive their right to return the product within 14 days. Simmarket for example has you do that upon checkout. So unless the purchase process of BATC does indeed include such a step, they are obliged by law to take back and refund any purchase within 14 days. Edited March 23, 20251 yr by Farlis

So, if I don't live in the EU, I should be able to get a refund for any product I buy that is also sold in the EU. I don't think so.
March 23, 20251 yr It's not a terrible product! Just get a refund and move on. Why do some still fall for these threads? "I'm Spanish and I don't understand what early access means." Give us a break. Mods need to close this thread and issue a vacation. MSFS

It's not where you live but where you buy from (e.g. with a VPN). But then you also pay the local Value Added Tax applicable in your "borrowed" country.
March 23, 20251 yr Author I suppose BATC is kind, and simply refund to their customers before 14 days the money they have invested in their product, if this one doesnt show a minimum of what it announced. that is my experience in half a day. i dont need to wait for updates because i dont want to use it. Its simple. I have written to them. I think their a kind.

March 23, 20251 yr "I don't know what early access means." Really? They explain it right on the home page of their website: Quote This means if you purchase BeyondATC, you are getting a program still under development. This program will include bugs and strange behavior. Please make sure you understand this before making your purchase decision. I'm siding with the others. Sure, multiple "BATC sucks" threads at the same time might be a coincidence, but if it looks, walks and talks like a duck, it's probably not a giraffe. March 23, 20251 yr Surely it's consumer law that is important, when it comes to refunds, not company policy.
