July 7, 2025Jul 7 Just in case anyone is wondering, as of 7/6/25 OC2 still has full P3D functionality for me, I was able to download a PMDG livery and it installed without issue. And I already have backed up all of my already downloaded liveries just in case 🙂 Alan
July 7, 2025Jul 7 Thanks for confirming, Exeodus. I saw the same in OC2. July 7, 2025Jul 7 Operations Center also works for me. However, no PMDG products for P3D are no longer for sale on Aerosoft's shop.
July 7, 2025Jul 7 Their statement recently https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum/pmdg-737-ngxu-for-prepar3d-v4/363092-question-regarding-liveries-and-post-oc2-deprecation#post363502

I snagged them as soon as they pulled them from their own store for spurious reasons. Missed out on the 737 though. It's sub par in msfs. With nothing between the fsw l35 and the 772 I swallowed my apprehensions and invested in the original fslabs a320 /319 /321 to fill the void. I never liked simming them before but it's been an eye opener for me. Only the 747 series can compete in p3d imo. Bottom line is that pmdg hiding their best work out of sight permanently will make current compromises less obvious. Their support is still good but I'll never buy another plane of theirs, mostly a choice out of my hands. Russell Gough SE London
July 18, 2025Jul 18 There is something that has changed recently with regard to OC2. Some of my PMDG liveries keep insisting that there are Updates available and the Update button is still showing even after having done the supposed update. I posted on PMDG s forum but have not got an answer to why this may be occurring. This was approx 1 month before the announced deadline but others are noticing this behavior in OC2 as well. I have the same issue and think I posted there too (maybe on your thread?) and nothing but crickets so far..... Russell Gough SE London

It happens to me with all the 77W liveries. However, in sim they appear OK. It may be a bug in their servers. July 18, 2025Jul 18 Not sure. I simply tried installing from scratch, and then it appeared as if an update was available. Since I could see the livery in the sim with no issues, I didn't insist.
