No issues here. Uninstalled the HD Audio drivers as always.

Does it stop CTD-ing 3 series GPUs?

Gave up on the current drivers and rolled back to 566.36 and I can actually complete flights.

I didn't experience that with my 3090 with any of the recent drivers.

Does this update solve the problem of FS2020 in windows 10 not completely closing and only minimizing to the taskbar?

No. That is an Asobo bug. Fixed in SU16 Beta.

Are ya'll in MSFS 2020 or 2024 or both. I'm never sure on when/if to update drivers.
