I bought xbox gamepass to try how MSFS2024 works, well not well for my PC, but there isnt this annoying texture popping in. Otherwise its unplayable on my PC so its not a solution, but it was nice to see the scenery which doesnt pop up, lol Edited August 10, 2025Aug 10 by IndustrialEngineer

I took video now with proper screencapture, the issue looks worse when playing than on video but there it can be seen too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riWwRsgwKYk Now the videos online plz check it! That video actually looks pretty good, given your PC configuration.. maybe just enjoy the sim and plan for some new hardware at some point in the future to try MSFS2024 🙂 Bert

I took better 20seconds video of the problem zoomed in, as I noticed the original video didn't show the pop in as bad as it is: What you think now? 😄

Look at the amount of detail you're rendering. With that cpu and a 1660ti somethings gotta give. There's reasons why people spend out on high end hardware....

The videos were remarkably good considering. You might drop that down to 20-25FPS-native using RTSS, then play with LS and see what you get that up to. It take nearly twice processing power in the main thread to pump out 35FPS than 20FPS. Heres video with rivatuner on, it gives me few stutters in takeoff but otherwise its good, but doesn't fix the pop in problem: Or does it mitigate it, I dont know hard to say Edited August 10, 2025Aug 10 by IndustrialEngineer
August 10, 2025Aug 10 Do you have PG on? My PC is a relatively similar specification to yours, and I do not see that kind of pop in, but I do not have PG enabled. If you do have PG on, have you considered switching it off? August 10, 2025Aug 10 Author Further advancing the FPS to 30fps or 20fps with rivatuner, didn't seem to affect pop in. Heres Part 2 for rivatuner, restarted PC between: Theres still a pop ins but much less?
