Perhaps we should have a thread on P3D users favorite sceneries, especially the more obscure ones that may have been missed by some. It seems the delete and forget philosophy is becoming more and more common with developers. This may give others a chance to purchase something they'd like but may not have otherwise known about. Just a thought. JAFO

August 29, 2025Aug 29 As a long time user of P3D, I've come to the realization that continued development or support for P3D will disappear. The platform will just keep getting older and more outdated, until it is relegated to history just like FSX. I still use it since it appears to be more stable and less problematic than MSFS, but I'll make the switch in the very near future. Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow. August 29, 2025Aug 29 I don't care about new products, that's fine with me. What bothers me is to pull out products from sale because so, just as PMDG and PKSim have just done. But we have the tool to adjust those with ADE. It’s compatible with P3Dv5. Old runway textures don’t bother me. I’m perfectly happy to stay with v5. The scenery is fine for me. What happens when MSFS2029 arrives? Does 2020 get dropped? Unlike P3D and FSX it relies on streaming and if the server is turned off that’s your lot. Ray (Cheshire, England).
