April 5Apr 5 Author Greetings everyone I have seen a lot of comments with people who do not suffer from this issue obviously this post is for the people who does and naturally as human beings if you have this issue, you would comment and try to fix if it works for you then OK if it doesn’t then that’s it.. But commenting the following like “no need for this mod” and “I couldn’t care less about this issue” and “ I don’t have this issue” all stem from the core problem of those who didn’t read the post and maybe stop for a minute and thought maybe I should skip instead of filling the post with comments and related to the issue and then putting words into my mouth like calling them dummies and handicap which I didn’t I simply asked for them to read the post and see if they are the target audience for this fix.. now, even when sharing the original thread about this issue in the MSFS forums people are still convinced that is insignificant issue.. when in fact it’s a major issue and it’s going to get worse if it didn’t get reported, but thankfully, the devs have the bug logged Not to mention that this issue has been brought up, although in other ways, and yet they still think that the post intended for everyone when it’s intended for a small group of people that are facing the problem.. READ THE POST CAREFULLY IF YOU DO NOY HAVE THIS ISSUE THIS SKIP AS IF YOU DID NOT EVEN SEE IT
April 6Apr 6 This mod is a game changer from my side, because with 9800x3d, 5090 and 64 gb of ram, i wasn't able to fly without stutters I ve tried all i found on YouTube, Facebook without good result Since yesterday evening when i installed it i flown twice and that was perfect. Thanks Frédéric Giraud

April 6Apr 6 So does this only work in 2024? I have a 4070 ti super and only use TAA, DLSS is too blurry for me, can this be used with TAA?

Well, I've done only one flight with it but that was very positive. I'm also using TAA. As I understand it, it replaces the default frame generation (among other things I don't quite understand so far), which has problems with performance getting worse over the course of the flight. The only negative thing is, you have to set up an account for download, but it's free. cheers, NiIs U.AMD 5800X3D | 32GB DDR4 RAM @ 3200MHz | RTX 4070 12GB @ 1920x1050px

I tested this for about a week and a half with multiple aircraft and multiple scenery add-ons my testing included: PMDG 777 family + inibuilds a350/a340/L1011 tristar + ifly 737 max + fenix a320 family… —— all considered to be heavy on the performance from a vram and cpu standpoint, after installing the mod somehow KJFK to EHAM and VHHH to KSFO and OMDB to LSZH and KLAS to KSEA and EGLL to EGPF became possible with performance never dropping at all a stable FPS no matter the conditions.. I simply could not believe my eyes but after a week and a half I would say that this is a great solution and a work around it, depending on your understanding of it and it could be a great thing to carry over an SU5.. — installation instructions just paste the version.dll into your content folder for MSFS 2024 — i hope this fixes the issue for everyone it’s been a headache Forgive me if my knowledge of graphics cards isn't quite up to snuff. Do you know if the overloading of the main thread can cause stuttering at the edges of the screen when frame gen is selected. I have a 3080 card and haven't been able to frame gen in some time now due to the side of the screen stuttering weirdly when I "turn my head" of do a walk around. Thanks in advance Tom
April 6Apr 6 I've tried this and it works. However, if you happen to use pop out windows - it will CTD.
April 6Apr 6 Does Alt tabbing work? Because if not, this would be a showstopper for me... EDIT: it does work. And it is nice to have 4x FG option, but no surprise, it did not fully eliminate any stutter that is there with nVIDIA basic 2x FG. How could it, the stutters are due to CPU load spikes and they are still there even with 4x FG. They would still be there with 100x FG. But of course, they are slightly alleviated, because of the higher overall FPS slightly less noticeable. So for the moment, it is a keeper for me, lets see for how long 😉 Edited April 6Apr 6 by AnkH Greetings, Chris AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 2x32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM, MSI RTX 4090 Ventus 3X, Windows 11 Home, MSFS2024

But this is not answer to my question The reason for this has been explained like 3 times and the simple answer is asobo’s implementation in SU4 sucks. it cause your mainthread to load up which in turn causes your fps to drastically crash this mod had the positive side effect to fix this issue.. while not primarily aimed for the 50xx or the 40xx series of cards since they have a native FG functionality Edited April 8Apr 8 by Aboodyking

I have a 5080 That shouldn’t happen either you did something wrong or you used an older version i recommend version 4.3.0 or 4.3.1
