  1. Fascinating. Thanks. But...I would have thought by now they would have learned to drive on the right and pass on the left 😀 .

    Planet 9?

And don't forget the Guardians of the Space Force 🙂 .
  3. Changing the CEO will do NOTHING to solve whatever the problem is. The problem is systemic, Just changing the "management" won't fix a thing. IMNSOHO.........
  4. I couldn't agree more. I'm glad to that stupid decision was overturned.
  5. As Paul Harvey so often said "And now, here's the rest of the story".....https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greta_Zimmer_Friedman
  6. Thanks Charlie. This is great stuff. I'd forgotten about this series but I doubt if I ever missed an episode "back in the day"...........Doug
  7. Interesting. I run an adblocker (AdGuard) and have never had any video blocked.
  8. Make more humans........🙂
  9. From IMDb........ James Stewart joined the Army Air Corps during World War II, and flew combat missions in Europe. At war's end, he transferred to the Reserve as a colonel. He remained an active pilot in the Air Force Reserve, and was trained on the B-36 and B-47 bombers which he flew in this film. He flew one combat mission over Vietnam in a B-52. He retired as Brigadier General James Maitland Stewart, USAFR in 1968. In 1985 he was promoted on the retired list to Major General (by his friend, President Ronald Reagan), making him the highest ranking member of the military of anyone ever in the acting profession.

    Why We Sim

Indeed. And all this time I thought I was doing well with only a Daher TBM930, a Maserati, a Lamborghini, and three Ferraris. You learn something every day.

    Why We Sim

That's not why I sim. I'm into learning practices and procedures that can be applied in RL. But, to each his own......
  12. But, for old farts particularly (like me), there are some other things that may need to be considered: https://www.emedihealth.com/wellness/fitness/disadvantages-climbing-stairs Doug
  13. Sounds a lot like P3D and MSFS........
  14. Right on. The first time I was in Level D sim (SW 737-700) I looked out the windscreen and thought I flying FS2. "Looking pretty" scenery doesn't count when you're learning to fly the real thing.
