Any idea about the "Error getting file security" error when trying to update?

This happens after every update to P3D. The developer will usually provide an update within a few days.

I agree. 737's and A320's are over done.

If you follow every thread regarding PMDG here, you see the same thing every time - no one is arguing against constructive criticism but each time the snide, sarcastic remarks come out from the usual suspects whether it be their rate of production, RSR's commentary, pricing policy or whatever, safe in knowing they can't post the same stuff over there without recourse. They are not without fault - I wish they'd hurry up too, as well as get the LNAV issue sorted out, but I don't need to post it here every time someone posts about PMDG. For the record - I have been a customer of theirs since they only made manuals, the manual for the original Aerowinx 747.

As I said before - then you will all be here complaining that there hasn't been an update for weeks. PMDG threads on Avsim are living proof that you can't please any of the people any of the time.

I suppose calling it a "status report" would be better.

If there was no update, there would be complaints about being no updates.

I hope they employ a better graphic artist for the VC in MSFS. While it is a vast improvement on the original, the VC to me still looks rather cartoonish.

That would be an issue at your end - in my experience in years of purchasing using the Flight1 wrapper I always received receipts etc. Glad you got it sorted. These situations can be more than frustrating.

Maybe ask on the PMDG forums?

You should get a GS indication - what aircraft are you flying? Are you seeing "LPV" displayed on your GTN at or before the FAF?

Won't happen - RXP was shut out by Asobo and now there are good GTN options within MSFS 2020.

I have noticed despite that time continues to roll on in the sim while the sim itself stops - and quite right, the entire screen is blocked.

I'd just like to see a "proper" pause function that actually pauses everything. I cannot understand why this won't or can't be done?

This is my RealityXP.GNS file for the Realair Turbine Duke that uses a 530/430 with the 530 driving the autopilot. Pay attention to the "MasterDevice" entry and I suggest ensuring that it is set to "True" for the 530 and "False" for the 430.

Have you run the updater to the latest version of the RXP? This is a symptom of an out-of-date RXP version.

Not sure how to best upload the photo - however I used to have an EHSI 40 in my Mooney and also flew in a TBM 700 and can confirm the colouring is correct.
