Thank you. There's something called the RG mod which gives the Zibo split scimitar winglets and a different cockpit texture.

Does anyone know where to get the NG mod for this plane. I know there's a fee for it but I can't find a link.

This is what Flightaware is showing as the current delay situation at DFW. Dallas-Fort Worth Intl (KDFW) is currently experiencing: arrival delays for airborne aircraft an average of 47 minutes inbound flights delayed at their origin an average of 2 hours 3 minutes due to thunderstorms all inbound flights being held at their origin until Tuesday at 06:00PM CST due to thunderstorms departure delays of 1 hours 1 minutes to 1 hours 15 minutes (and increasing) due to traffic volume DALLAS-FO

I had the same issue when first installing 4.2. I had pauses every nine seconds. I was using FSUIPC v5.123c. I changed to v5.122 and that stopped the pauses.

Is there a major upside to making this latest incremental jump? I know there are the usual hiccups that go with these upgrades.

I wonder if it's the same issue PMDG ran across. There is apparently something in the release version of 4.2 that is causing some issues with the PMDG airplanes.

I wonder if there's a performance hit?

I know that this is speculative at this point but I'm currently running a 6600k at 4.5GHZ and a GTX970. Would I see much of a performance boost going to one of these new cards or am I going to be bottlenecked by the older processor?

Jim, I saw just a little of the press conference after the launch. Musk said that the core booster ran out of fuel and hit the ocean at about 300 mph. They weren't planning on using that booster again anyhow. Really amazing to see.

Ok, found out that if I ran it as an administrator it worked. The funny thing is, I used it on P3D the other day without an issue. Dave, I'm running 2.4.0.5. I'll send the .fms file so you can check it out.

This latest version of P2A will not connect to XP11. I've also had issues loading flight plans created by SimBrief and converted to the .FMS format loading in P2A. I get this line in the log when I try to import one of these flight plans. "Error in FltPlan ImportFromXPlaneFMSFile System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection." I've been able to load a flight plan created from PFPX though. I've never run into this before.

I went ahead and snagged this since it's close to being ready for release.

Dave, I've emailed you the log file for my latest attempt. I unchecked 5/23 for take off and landing. When I requested taxi clearance to runway 14 P2A stopped responding.

Dave, I ran into an issue on a flight from YBMK to YBBN. I got a clearance with no problem and pushed back fine. When I asked for clearance to taxi to runway 14, P2A stopped responding. I tried it a number of times with the same result. YBMK requires a back taxi to runway 14. Is it possible that P2A got confused?

There was the issue of it being released prematurely by accident but then it just disappeared.

Do a search on YouTube for Flightdeck2Sim. It's a series of videos done by an actual 737 pilot using the PMDG NGX.

I'm happy to report that a flightplan out of EHAM will now load properly in 2.4.0.5. I haven't had a chance to fly a flight yet. Hopefully, this afternoon.
