Don't worry Robbie, was able to do it with lbs, as you said, very easy indeed, I am sure the majority will use the kg version. Take care.

For some reason it is happenning to me as well but after some tests I can see it is definetely and FSX issue. :(

....and the excitement keeps building up. Looking forward to the release of the next milestone in the FSX saga.

LOL. I think there is an "evil dwarf" inside my computer just messing with me. I will try to find out more on the FSINN and FSCopilot box to see if I can fix the problem. Thanks for the tips. BTW: The difference is the memory, one has 64Gb and the other one 32Gb, same 64 bit OS. Take care. Jay

After a clean installation (as was having issues with PMDG MD11) of Win7 64bit, FSX, and the add ons that I can't live without I figure out my StackHash issue at the closing of FSX. I check one by one when installing the add ons. Ex. LVL-D: installed, tested, exited, reboot and after verifying no problems on closing FSX, reboot again, then installed next addon PMDG/737.....and same steps. When I had the FSX tweaked and pretty much done to my satisfaction with no error whatsoever when closing and so on, I decided to install FSCopilot + FSINN for the VATSIM connection...guess what? Yep, when closing FSX now I get the error message: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BEX Application Name: fsx.exe Application Version: 10.0.61472.0 Application Timestamp: 475e17d3 Fault Module Name: StackHash_27eb Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Offset: 74b9c9f1 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Data: 00000008 OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 27eb Additional Information 2: 27eb358fe674a6f15dafe56d42bb9bf3 Additional Information 3: 2f06 Additional Information 4: 2f06c18113e6d7c00e6b91fa1fde84b6 If I remove FSINN and FSCopilot the error message dissappears, however, it damages the EZdok camera for the FSX, hence, new installation is required. Well Miente, you are in for a treat, you are selecting one of the elite commercial aircraft out there. PMDG is known for the quality of their products. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and very happy with their products. I know they are working overtime on their next anticipated release the 777 so I am sure they are doing everything in their power to be in different places at the same time, hehehehe. Still don't know why they choose this type of activation from the one used on their 74S and MD11S, more headaches to support and more frustration to the users. Congrats on your new baby........if only you could use it......LOL Nah, you will soon!

Yep, same problem here, it is really frustrating but hey, they decided to use this type of activation with the 737NG, not sure why, I think it is more headaches for support. Anyhow, hopefully it will be fix soon. Patience is a virtue, I lack of that...........ai lot. LOL I have an open ticket with this issue so I am sure they'll fix it soon enough. Hiya Brad, by any chance do you have PMDG installed? The reason I asked is as follows, 4 months ago I built a new system and I decided to put FSX in that system, everything went well, but when I installed the PMDG737 the activation did not go through. Few crashes in the FSX but not biggie. After contacting PMDG and waiting for them to fix the activation issue. Once that was done activation went ok but then I started to get the BEX fsx.exe StackHash_addc error whenever I exited the FSX (it was not affecting the flight or anything, just the annoying message at the exit). I decided to re install everything again, OS, drivers, FSX and so on (which is a pain and time consuming event, but I don't think they do not care of your time). This time the activation went through as it did recognize the system as the same system and guess what, no more error messages. This is were it get suspicious of that error message. Had to move the FSX to another system as the other system was getting used for music/video editing and so on. All the installations on the FSX went well, PMDG MD11/747 QW, Lvl D.............except the PMDG737, as soon as I click on activate the window pop up saying that I exceeded the max amount of install allowed (or something like that), again, the waiting game began. Was running FSX without a glitch. When I got the email from the mighty gods saying I was allowed to activate again I did and it went ok....but guess what? The freaking message (same as the previous computer) is coming up. I can say that I have a bad feeling that the little script of the activation game is causing the problem, of course they will deny it and blaim it on memory modules or something not configured right. Now I will have to get the time to do all the installation again from sratch including OS to fix the problem. It is getting ridiculous. Maybe your problem is different than mine, but just felt like giving you some history of my StackHash_addc. Peace!

Txs for your support Jeremy, it is funny though that everytime that I have made a purchase with PMDG it only takes less than 15 seconds for the pay to go through, but to get support (which can only be obtained through their ticket system (sorry, not e-mail)), it takes days and days and days............ I think I'm done with them, I will keep using their product that I already have (not own since I can't install them at will). Technical error on your part or not, you should not have to go through all the entangled webs, as I said, they are the best on quality but so far they suck on customer support and I think sometimes companies forget who moved them to the top. Shame..... ;( Peace !

I do own pretty much 80% of all PMDG products, from 2004 and now FSX, why, best quality product out there. However, saying that, been building new system(s) for video editing and FSX and therefore had to change the installation of the program to new hardware. 3 months ago it happened with the 737NGX FSX, it told me I exceeded the amount of installations. Had to open a ticket and played the game of waiting for their response. Reactivation was completed. Now it is the same situation, had to open a ticket and the waiting game began again since last night. Not only it gave me the error message, it also crashed the FSX (no biggie on that one), the thing that frustrates me is this: I know they are protecting their software, I understand that, how come you don't have an automated service to verify the purchased done via internet as you do for the MD11/747 but not the 737? Whats up with that? It just makes me wonder why I, the paying customer have to wait the waiting game for hours and hours if not days to make a software that I paid for already, work as it supposed too? I just feel like a big watch dog is all over me. What would happen if the time comes that your company falls? Then what? Are we just leasing the software for the price we pay and that is it? Just makes me wonder. Pls do not take this in the wrong way. As you can see I have been a loyal client for many many years, it is just some concerns that I have. I hardly post any messages here and trust me, I was looking for similar frustration but since I am using IE8 I can't see the subject titles any longer, so the action to be taken as one the users advised me is to move away from IE8 and install other browsers, why? IE8 is stable and I have try all the others including IE9 and it just doesn't do it for me, as well as mozilla or Chrome. I guess I have to go one by one on the topics to see if I get lucky and find what I am looking for. Peace!

You guys are going to take me to bankrupcy. Okay, I'll have few months to save the money. Hopefuly it will be FS9 compatible as my system will not be FSX ready (yet).:)

Hello all,I would like to add a "braking" sound to the aircraft (jets and heavies) when I apply the brakes while taxiing. I did some research but I guess there is only one program to do that and is shareware. I only want to add one sound. I check the sound.cfg and aircraft.cfg files, but I can't figure out how to add this effect.Anyone out there that can help?Thanks.-J-

Sorry guys, this is another rumor but it makes sense. Boing has just announced a recall on all of their 747-40X series, it is a fuel malfunctionality. PMDG being "as real as it gets", they are waiting for final words from Boing to ensure that their 747 will be trouble free. Boing estimate that the fix will take around 180 days, hence, release date for PMDG: February 2nd, 2006. Lets all pray that Boing can fix the problem before that. LOL
