    I wouldn't wait for a 4060 since the price of the 4070ti is at least $799US and not selling at all. Who knows what a 4060 will sell for?

    I would try reflashing the BIOS and if that doesn't allow drive recognition, I would return the Motherboard.

    You might want to check out the post below and run a bottleneck calculator. The issue with Vonduck's post is he upgraded to a 4090 which will skew what you are seeking.

    Just an FYI, there is no further development planned for RDShade according to the developer -- just support/bug fixes for the existing version. I own both and have uninstalled RDShade due to this fact. Still evaluating the TOGA product since I haven't flown much lately.     For maps, see http://vfrmap.com/ (they have both VFR and IFR maps). For approach plates, see https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/dtpp/search/. Both are free and US coverage. Happy New Year!

    Grzegorz -- all you need to do is to go into Windows Add/Remove Programs, remove P3D Client, P3D Content and P3D Scenery. Do NOT delete the main Program entry called Prepar3d Academic. When you uninstall the Client, you will be asked if you want to deactivate the software. Answer NO. Then install the new 3 files in the order I listed for deletion. You shouldn't lose anything if done correctly. Best of luck and Happy Holidays!
