  1. Hahaha, my landlord (my dad) is on the grass wondering what ever happened! Don't know if I'll be able to pay my rent next month!
  2. I know you're gonna enjoy it anyway! Especially together with that spectacular Dubai by FlyTampa, what an unbeatable combination. I for certain will be going a lot in and out of OMDB in Emirates colors!
  3. Haha, you're right about that Kyle! :-D
  4. No, but if you make an untrue statement like that one has the right to wonder why don't one? And I really don't understand the arguments for a 2D overhead panel! It's just as easy to bring up a 2D like view of the overhead from the virtual cockpit with the built in views that come with the plane!
  5. Soo...that makes all real world pilots amateurs!?
  6. These things are good to know. I would have thought fsx had freezed up and started reinstalling! :-D
  7. Maybe lowering the gear every 30 minutes will do the trick! :-D
  8. Carl, you should be banned for using copyrighted pictures off Airliners.net! :-D That cockpit looks photoreal, simply stunning!
  9. Wow, that's amazing! So I guess that means engine/fan sounds will vary based on flight level! Fa-bu-lous! Thanks for all the info and pics!
  10. I knew it! This thing's gonna release while I'm far from home in Canada! Very well I guess licences will still be available in mid September! ;-D
  11. Agree to that. The predefined views will let you reach every part of the flight deck in a 2D like fashion, as easy as hitting the A key a couple of times!
  12. If I remember correctly this discussion was up during the NGX development as well. And the quick answer is that a camera won't depict real colors correctly. Someone with photographic skills might be able to explain this more in depth. So the PMDG screenshot might actually be closer to reality, as they use actual color specs from Boeing manuals, than the real picture from Airliners.net.
  13. You have to click the button "More Options" when the first screen appears to install to specific directory. It's very easy to miss, did that myself, and the installation went to the default location.
  14. I'm longing to hear what she sounds like! Can't wait to spool those GE-90s up in the sim! Can we have an audio sample? B) ...I'll have to go to YouTube...again...
  15. Ah, so that's what the white crosses are about, I've always wondered. Did notice it was missing but I didn't think it was significant enough. Thanks for the info!
  16. The "L - DRIVE DISC - R" label is missing! Sorry now I'm feeling nit picky!
  17. You mean the two smaller screws that are missing? Anyway where are those IFE/UTILITY switches on the 200ER? Aren't there any?
  18. I don't like it! I will stick with the fs2002 stock 777. I think it's much more realistic! B) Guess most of you remember this one. It flew pretty much like a jet fighter and sounded horribly lot like your mother's vacuum cleaner! Seriously: Fantastic work PMDG, can't wait for this one!
  19. Maybe it's that heat dissipating/vibrating air behind the engines. I know it's been discussed in some thread before but I don't remember the conclusion of it.
  20. The 90's were all a big blur for some reason, but the fun we had...!
  21. Beautiful work Jason and all! Looking forward to the 'office' screenies. Eagerly awaiting the DC-6 too! B)
  22. No hard hit on my fps. Also they're only there while you sit on the ground, so no big worries.
