The GPS modeled on this plane is a handheld device and in the real world there is no connection between the GPS and the autopilot or HSI or VOR indicator! In reality you would have to use the screen on the unit to give heading information and either hand fly or set the autopilot to follow the heading bug on the heading indicator. To be accurate as far as what is modeled the NAV/GPS switch shouldn't even be included!

I've had the same thing with the 210 -
Look at the left strut where it attaches to the wing. you'll notice two openings for the pitot tubes along with two screws to secure them.
-
On the older turn and bank indicators it only shows a deflection when banking (roll axis), the newer turn coordinators show a deflection for bank and yaw ( roll and yaw axis). This is because of the way the gyroscope is positioned in the housing, In the t+b the gyro is vertical while in the turn coordinator the gyro is canted.

Minor cosmetics for the upcoming patch

Front fuel pump "high" switch operates front fuel pump and "low" switch operates rear fuel pump. The rear fuel pump switches don't appear to do anything. -
Correct, feathering the prop only moves the blades, the condition lever mechanically shuts off the fuel. In fact you can run the engine with the prop completely feathered.
-
Hi, has anyone else noticed the props aren't behaving properly? The first thing I noticed was the inability to feather them, then after more experimentation I noticed they consistantly changed RPM with changes in manifold pressure, which they shouldn't do being constant speed props. Personally I think they need to be looked at.

try leaning your mixture
-
I don't know about your hardware settings, but on the real Caravan the prop is feathered, then the condition lever moved to cutoff- so yes a two step process

I've done several dusk flights without any CTD's, all over Orbx scenery and going from fullday through dusk onto night

Not yet, apparently he's still waiting for the SDK

Have to agree with everyone here, I haven't had any problems at all with this aircraft, and I have a pretty low end system (Pentium Dual Core!). You just have to be reasonable with your settings and not e pect miracles, I have REX. GEX, UTX and UTII at 100% and get 15-20 fps

Personally, I would love to see the 737 classic series, specifically the -400 with combi and freighter versions. That would round out Alaska Airlines' fleet! Respectfully,Dave Scalora
