Hello I have downloaded the v2 files but it seems to have downloaded the same files twice ie the 2x files the same exact size in Africa showing,so being adventurous i decided for the first time to use a torrent "Utorrent " was used this downloaded the files,which seemed to work fine,but unlike the normal download method there were no installers included in the download,the new files resemble the v1 in looks,so could it be as simple as deleting V1 files and replacing with the new V2,I have version one installed into a folder called addon scenery and then installed into P3d via the scenery liabary,will this work or have I totally lost the plot Peter

just received an email from Just Flight that the hawk is ready for V4,just downloaded and installed it and had a quick look around but not a flight.the graphics look brilliant,top notch to me,beautifully sharp and crisp,but I seem to have lost the click sounds from the cockpit,as it is sometime since i flew it in P3d i cant remember if the clicks were very quite or do i have to enable them,any one else installed the new version and had a similar situation many thanks Peter

I have never used NI,to many choices which i don't understand,But I do use Nvidia DSR at 2x and 16 % the lower the % settings the sharper your image will be,I do not have any AA issues and sim is smooth,well worth a try Peter

please anyone,why do you need to alter this,I have lots of Aircraft in P3dv4 that work fine and do not need this alteration to the config! so why does this Aircraft need it? Peter

I had already installed directly installed into v4 it all worked well,the only sound I seemed to be missing was the clicks from the switches,I decided to installer into Documents P3d v4 add ons to hope fully get those working,it didn't work,as most of the sounds seem ok I wonder if it,s a volume issue,I some times think I have heard a very low volume click when flicking the switches,the starter has a definite click when starting,maybe going click crazy! well I got that message after following you method and i added it as required,but Turbine Duke does not show in the aircraft selection box so I can not select or load it ,but it is showing in the P3d V4 add on,s as enabled ?,wonder what I have done wrong,thanks for describing this method of installing add on,s, I hadn't tried it before so its very interesting for me, just need to sit down with a cup of tea and find what i have done wrong LOL Peter

Rob if you read this,Good on you Sir thank you for your approval to our humble efforts to continue using your excellent add ons inP3d v4,how about having a come back tour like the rock bands do and converting a few of your add ons to P3d v4,I bet you have little chuckle when you see us lot trying to convert these wonderful aircraft of your,s,hope life is good for you Peter

I have installed Turbine Duke V1 into P3d v4 ,it looks great fly's well,the only sounds missing are the click when using switches,the engine sounds ,flaps,UC seem to work fine,I have tried the 64 bit sounds file but it does not make any difference,so i decided to see if i could re download just in case my original file had got corrupted and just to make sure I had the latest FSX version as i purchased directly from RA it is no longer available,so whilst i understand they no longer support their aircraft i can not understand why they have made it no longer available to re download for the customers who supported them Peter

+1 Bang on!,I suppose those in control are getting their share of the riches, the less a business pays out the more profit it makes,easiest way to save cost in a business is to cut the payroll,so usually reduce cost means reduce labor costs,a very small amount of people make loads of doe but every one else is poor,is this not the thing that caused the French and Russian revolutions,but to return to the topic I wouldn't willingly set foot in any thing with out some one in control at the front Peter

pilot less aircraft,driver less cars then lorries and taxis,robot,s producing this and robot,s producing that! surely must result in lots of folks having lots of forced leisure time but earning less and less! with just a lucky few being able to afford the goods that the robots produce, or take the trips in the driver less car and the flights that the pilot less aircraft fly,I wonder where this will all end Peter

i have stopped using Chaseplane,I can only reinstall 4 time a yr!, why are they setting install limits,they did me big a favor and allowed me to reinstall,why are they constantly monitoring when I use the program?, that I thought I had purchased to use as an when I wished,if I want to install then uninstall ever mth how/why does this effect them?,I have never come across any other software with an install limit,download limit yes,I wish they had pointed this out before I purchased it,I never had this issue with Ezdok,what other info do they collect with all this monitoring,feel like big brother watching me, Peter

I wonder what the 33% price difference between the A2A 182 skylane at £37.80 and the Just flight Warrior at £27.99 makes,cant see how you can expect the same quality at a 33% lesser price point,not realistic,if it was the same price yes,but it is not,in my book Just Flight give excellent value and listen to their customers problems and improve/ alter the product if needed Quickly and you can download it at anytime again and again Peter

are these not the same guys that did the Fokker 100 and Fokker 70 airliners currently sold by Flight1, people are still waiting for the VC to arrive,might be wrong but if they are it doesn't show interest or determination to finish a product,the last post by the people on Simforums who took over the development of the Fokker was as far as i can find in 2010!,I wouldn't hold your breath waiting to see it finished,shame because a good CRJ would in my opinion do well Peter

I suppose it depends what textures the devs have provided,you get 1024 texture,s if that's what the add on was designed to use,it will not simply become 2048 just by setting the maximum to 2048 etc,its a funny Game flight simming what works for one wont work for all, I suppose to many variables! this could be interesting Reality charge $49.95 for their 64 bit Xplane GTN750,so as P3d v4 is 64 bit hopefully it will be the same price,Flight1 want,s $64.95 for their P3d version so will Flight1 drop the price to match Reality,I suppose Reality will be as good as Flight1,s version Peter

I wish you the best of luck, it would be amazing if the devs would produce a version for P3d v4,this is one Aircraft I really miss,to me every trip was an adventure,but there was a post on SOH where it was stated that their anti piracy dll coding was stopping it being used in V4,I would love to see a paid update for V4,I have tried it with the FEMT but it has blanked out windows and the outside view is partially blocked,which i suppose is the dll working,but the rest appeared to be there and looked good Peter SOH Aircraft compatibility in Prepar3D V4 post 76
