well for ATC you have Vatsim ,IVAO lot better then default or any ... ,, season is now possible winter summer automaticly ,and you probably never tried world traffic .... did you tried xplane in lately ?? check the next update 10.40 weather should be fixe with unlimlted LOD

Hi TrafficPilot just try Carenado latest eg Carenado B1900D your student will love it, there is more in to it then in fsx or p3d

Perhaps you could try it again , if all would switch to that great platform , we would nt be here talking , chk this out this is what 64 bit can offer

Xplane is truly comming a great sim , just finished setting it all up , and now the only thing mising is some great tubeliner and ai traffic , HDR very customable , rain and snow is spectacular , vc light are just amazing way better ,scenery Orbx quality FREE ... even track ir run better. i am moving toward it

you could verify the integrity of game cache via steam local in game property , it did not mess with anything in my case , but back up just in case. fix a lot of bug after miss manipulating different files

go to yours :\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\ORBX\Scripts\FTXCentral the open FTXCentralSettings xml then try <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> <FTX_Settings> <FSXRegistryKey>HKLM\SOFTWARE\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2</FSXRegistryKey> <FSXRegistryValue>SetupPath</FSXRegistryValue> <SceneryCFGLocation>Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2</SceneryCFGLocation> </FTX_Settings> if that dosnt work juste make a fake C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX run ftx and copie it to your C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2

Hi did you look at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX if it was still there ... and if you are using steam then temporarily change the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX-SE folder to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX run FTX central the revert cheers

I'm waiting for a working ASN to switch. Maybe AES as well, but I don't hold out great hopes for that as they've not even covered P3D yet, have they? I might need to switch to GSX exclusively. Pete waiting for ASN, Active sky 2012 is running very good with FSX se

FSX SE will not improve FPS by much , the thing that FSX SE does is improve VAS remarkably .
