AA is a disaster on my nvidia 3070 gaming laptop

the anti alaising on my 3070ti laptop looks horrific still, I don't care what they call it or beat around the bush in answering these questions.... yet most folks are not complainging anymore so they have good AA like in MSFS ???? or just laptop nvidia maybe .... yes I love my laptop get awesome graphics on max in MSFS....so why not XP12? my friend on a mac says XP is only meant for MAC....maybe he's right!! very frustrating, I don't use XP12 now at all but keep searching for answers so I can enjoy it again

so what on earth causes the jaggies on everthing? if it's not anti aliasing issues? I just don't recall your writings on it so I appologize, but appreciate your insight

Had an email conversation with Austin Meyer today, he said he was unaware the anti-aliasing was broken..... what the )*)#)_#() after I sent him many screenshots of forum posts from the last few months, to this contrary, he admited it... one was from Ben Sputnick saying how broken it is.....

I have had one forever, it's a great autopilot unit and use it along with other devices

It is the only aircraft that still does this, every new version stutters, and I keep thinking I'tll be fixed and hoping so, but no luck! very aggravating, even Fenix a320 has none now...... why FBW can't solve this is a mystery

and on and on and on we wait - used to quality and fast fixes in all other XP versions last 25 years, this one is a mess

got it I know it's early axis but FR is poor and stuttery ... not useable, far worse than ini builds which is terrible as well... glad to support them, on this effort , hopefully far from optimized., but I love how reviews or previews never mention performance to anyone anymore ahead of time!

Odd that so many have this broken AA, apparently only on Nvidia cards - yet even LR doesn't respond to queries, nor has any blog posts regarding it. It is so god aweful looking on my 3070 , I can't bare it anymore, and performance on XP12 with add-on aircraft performane suffers at times like sunset / sunrise etc... certain airports with lighting crater FR. Even before FS2020 was born I'd say this AA issue is a show stopper. But now after 2 plus years of a perfectly desinged AA simulation, XP12 really looks horrible. I had recently wrtitten Austin Meyer an email asking about the AA issue and he answered me very rapidly, not sure exactly what the issue was. Stuttering got fixed after Beta ended... so XP12 has no stuttering anymore at least on my system , but FR slowdowns and the horrible graphics with no AA support... I honestly think they can not fix it... becuased they released the official XP12 with Anti-Aliasing that looks like something from 2002. I am very disgusted.

is any fix yet to stutter and pausing ?

I fly a challenger 300 for a job, same engines as Longitude and yes, we will "crack" the buckets to add drag so she doesn't go over 30K... I tested the challenger and under idle will accelerate to 50k!! faster than a cessna 152 takes off at can you belive that! Or we just ride the brakes a lot they do not overheat ever!

me too I have missed this view so much for external ramp parking etc... very frustrating nobody had cracked this code ....

This amazing app I was a beta tester on is now out, it's fabulous and adds so much that is missing by default (like runway sounds, wind, reversers noise, turbulence, gear drag and more). Now it has the same head effects that we all on XP-11 got used to!! A must have I would say..... but yet there will be those that claim it's not necessary.... I spend my life flying a 30 million dollar corporate jet - I can tell you from this and anyone watching youtube cockpit videos, aircraft and runways are loud and rattly.

MSFS2020 has no head shake by default or anything good. you must use FSRealistic to get that stuff!!

not even close to PMDG 737 performance on my system, not even close very disappointed
