Added V-Sync but am still experiencing stutters.

Set mine the same as Rob, still pretty stuttery for me.

Flightbeam's KIAD with AXE and FTXG:G caused to me to OOM 45 seconds into a circuit :( I was running all the Autogen settings are very dense.

The internal limiter isn't quite up to scratch IMO. Causes a heck of a lot more stuttering with my set up, locked to 30. (yet achieving only 28 for some reason) When unlocked, the frames go into the 50s and is fairly smooth, although the occasional stutter is still present here and there. I tried internally locking to 33 as well, sim was still a stuttery mess. I'm now looking to try external limiters, but have no clue where to start. I read someones post about DXtory, but later on it's reported that it doesn't work in full screen, which is a deal-breaker to me.

Is this P3DV2? My AEX keeps CTD'ing and I can't find any solution. ASC been replaced, running the latest with hotfix 19. Ugh.

Hmm, didn't seem to work for me, I'm having a bunch of errors like "MODELNAME" not found.

I'm pretty okay with the AXE, dunno if that qualifies as complex though.

Only problem is, when at a complex airport, with a complex aircraft, it isn't entirely possible. Flightbeams KIAD + AEX is making me turn down a lot of my settings, and I'm still not at a constant 30.
