    of course. u don't need an internet connection to play offline. u just need an internet connection to get the updates

    nice . How hard is modeling an airport? I would love to learn how to do this in outerra and i never done it on another platform.

    someone on another thread said that RSR said that DC-6 was ready for FSX almost 2 years ago. this is real interesting because it seams like the DC-6 was slightly ported over. Most likely PMDG have learned new tricks for converting these Original FSX planes to Xplane and it will most likely be that we will get the 777 and the 737NGX a lot sooner

    500 MB is not that much if u are on 50 MB line. its a lot for dial up but not for your connection

    im all excited about light stuff but the clouds. OMG they look so amazing.

    i think its very unlikely thats its a network card issue. however it could be. does it look like he's loosing internet connection? you can try to run an infinite ping test( set to ping every 2-3 seconds) to see if it fails to ping google during your time playing Xplane.
