  1. I have the TFDi 717 running in Windows 7 other than a small problem activating it, was sorted out by TFDi, it works great.
  2. You shoulda hit me up Ray I would have been more than willing to help you out with the "ADD PATH" option. But you found a way to get it done, good job.
  3. Ray, I use the "Add Placemark" to place a marker at my payware airports so I can open up Google Earth and decide where to fly. You could do the same for the airports you visit then use "Add Path" to draw lines connecting those airports.
  4. NOT a stupid question! Check this out for some basic info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flap_(aeronautics) As to what flap settings to use for the C421 check out the Aircraft's Operating Manual. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=2ahUKEwi416XvjbjmAhVFQ6wKHUN4B-IQFjAAegQIBxAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.redskyventures.org%2Fdoc%2Fcessna-poh%2FCessna_421C_C421C_GoldenEagle_POH-AFM_.pdf&usg=AOvVaw2qDzj9IMRpXmD0rcuEGQJ9 Specifically Section 2
  5. I haven't bought the scenery yet but I believe, I,ve seen the screenshots, that the scenery is a take on what the airport WILL look like in the future. The last runway, of the real life O'Hare Modernization Program, being built now is 9C/27C. The scenery contains this future runway. The scenery also contains a Western Terminal which hasn't been built. The configuration of the taxiways, on the northside, are also different in the scenery than in real life. Which is why they don't match the charts. The MCDU with its navigation database won't have 9C/27C since its not complete and operational. If you google O'Hare Modernization Program you can find lots of information about the future look of the airport.
  6. Hello, I was able to open the file KNZY_V2_ADEX_ADE.bgl with ADE 1.70 and the "full AFCAD" is there.
  7. Hello Mark, Sort by Airline ... under Select Carrier chose Delta Airlines (DL) then its in Select Operator, Compass Airlines (CP)
  8. I used to fiddle around with this in FS9, so it has been awhile, but I believe its in the panel.cfg file view_forward_dir Enables you to change the default value of the view direction. Enter values for Pitch, Bank, and Heading.
  9. Hello Sky56 .... sorry for the late reply. cmpbellsjc gave you a great answer! I would add that before you try to network some addons make SURE the networking of your 2 computers is spot on and working. Get the folder permissions, windows defender exclusions and so fourth working BEFORE you attempt to network your addons. This will save you some headaches down the road. #3 If you are talking about AiviaSoft's EFB its works great in a networked config. The manual has an in depth process to get you up and running. Not sure about 3 or 4 either since I don’t use those products. As stated above the performance gain is probably minimal at best but the ability to use Aiviasoft's EFB moving map and have the Active Sky window open on a separate screen is why I have my setup networked.
  10. Hello Sky56, I have an FSX setup that has FSX on one machine and multiple addon's on another machine. I have Active Sky, FSUIPC Wide Client, AiviaSoft EFB along with PFPX and Navigraph Charts. Of course the last two are not networked, they run stand alone, but the others are networked. I mainly have it setup this way so to have the addon windows open so I can refer to them during a flight. What addon's do you want networked?
  11. Do you have the TV set to COMPUTER picture mode? Do you have the FULL UHD COLOR set to ENABLED?
  12. Full screen mode ? Are you holding down the ALT key to make the Menu Bar appear?
  13. I'm no expert in XPlane, in fact I don't even have it, but I have been researching it. I believe most agree that XPlane's internal view system is pretty robust. If that doesn't work for you, try looking up a program called X-Camera. Sheldon
  14. Hello Ryan ... that's X-Plane right?? Default scenery?? Sheldon
  15. Hello Louis .. I also found it impressive when looking for a way to make some of my cockpits a little brighter. The program works great and is highly customizable.
  16. Hello Carl, Sometimes you can see an issue with dll.xml file by looking at the first few lines. I've experienced this myself. Follow Jim's advice and you'll get it fixed.
  17. Can you post the first few lines of the dll.xml file? First 6 or 8 lines.
  18. John, I believe Bob's site just has a download of the same fsnav470.zip file as the site you linked. If I remember correctly you get 20 sessions free before you must pay and register the software.
  19. You can add a new airport as a waypoint in PFPX. This would allow you to "PLAN" a flight to NZIR.
