  1. I use to watch this series but not that far back more like TV Series (1968–1975)
  2. I've been working on and off, now back on. More pics here... FSX/P3D Howard 500
  3. Yep, all new normals (bumps), screws, rivets, and panels. Remarkable aircraft and basically the same aircraft from the FS2002 days, although it's been updated by Milton to FSX/P3D status. FSX (bumps) and P3D (reflections).
  4. This is the only reason I keep FSX-SE/P3Dv3 around is for this aircraft. I've done a lot of work on the Howard (paint) and the only thing I don't like about those sims is the lack of self-reflections which MSFS does very well. Howard 500 by Milton
  5. From Aeroplane Heaven... Simply, developing for MSFS, and I mean genuine dedicated MSFS add-ons, is a far more complex, time and resource consuming process than for any other sim. This time consumption has an impact on smaller companies' cashflow. We can't develop in the volume we could for say, P3D in the same timeframe. And if we are not developing for P3D/FSX, we lose that income stream. Many devs will feel this pain as they dive into developing for MSFS. If people no longer buy add-ons for P3D, smaller outfits are going to find it hard to survive while they develop for the new simulator. Some may even implode. Add to all this that the SDK is still not complete - there are large tracts of invaluable info and data missing - which is hampering the release of genuine, dedicated new product, life, shall we say, is getting very interesting. In a nutshell, the development industry needs people to continue to support P3D while MSFS and developers find their feet. Well he's right I've stopped buying for P3D a year ago. I do keep P3Dv3 for some aircraft.
  6. GeForce RTX 3080 Might Become Hard to get - Cryptocurrency Miners Again Miners that mine Ethereum, as you can see in the screenshot for the RTX 3080 achieves a computing power of 115 MH/s, nearly three times faster than an RTX 2080 that is capable of 35 to 40 megahashes per second. Guru3D
  7. Interesting "5th January 2022"... I'm waiting to see if all these prophesies come true on Ytube!
  8. I'm having fun just watching their reactions! If their having fun it's a good thing. Another lucky girl with MSFS kit.
  9. Nice MSFS flight sim kit sent to her by MS!
  10. Guru3D tested MSFS with 30 graphic cards plus 8, 16, 32 GB of ram! Guru3D benchmark review System Spec Core i9 9900K Z390 (ASRock Tachi Ultimate) 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 NVMe M.2. SSD WD Black The graphics cards tested In this article, we'll make use of the following cards at a properly good PC experience graphics quality wise, the quality mode as shown above with Vsync disabled. The graphics cards used in this test are: GeForce GTX 1060 GeForce GTX 1070 GeForce GTX 1070 Ti GeForce GTX 1080 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GeForce GTX 1650 Super GeForce GTX 1660 GeForce GTX 1660 Super GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GeForce RTX 2060 GeForce RTX 2060 Super GeForce RTX 2070 GeForce RTX 2070 Super GeForce RTX 2080 GeForce RTX 2080 Super GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GeForce Titan Xp Radeon RX 470 Radeon RX 480 Radeon RX 5500 XT (8GB) Radeon RX 5600 XT Radeon RX 570 Radeon RX 5700 Radeon RX 5700 XT Radeon RX 580 Radeon RX 590 Radeon RX Vega 56 Radeon RX Vega 64 Radeon VII
  11. I remeber when the P3D 1.0 cost $499. That didn't fly! ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ — Prepar3D™, Lockheed Martin’s professional training and simulation software, will be available for purchase starting Nov. 1 on www.prepar3D.com for $499 per licensed copy. $499
  12. Now this is interesting, although I not seen a A2A rotary-wing aircraft. Hope for choppers in MSFS?! As Accu-Sim has evolved and grown in reputation, A2A Simulations has been given the chance to simulate training aircraft for the US military. This is both a tremendous responsibility and a great opportunity to develop our core technology based on crucial hands-on experience, so that it can simulate other powerplants, systems and even rotary-wing aircraft.
  13. It's been awhile since this post, but NaturalPoint did get contacted about MSFS. May want to contact them for an update. Jon Campbell
  14. Available 18 August 2020 with Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) MSFS details!
  15. Well unfortunately there was so much illegal aerial fireworks going off for hours and hours in every direction. It was incredible!
  16. "The Riveter" would be a cool nickname! If the aircraft has them... Rivets patterned after real pic!
  17. It's one of those that you buy and forget. It was gifted from a friend otherwise I wouldn't have it in my hangar. A few respected painters didn't even do any paints for it, that tells you something. Paintkit was junk. So all new rivets, panels, and stuff had to be created.
