  1. Be able to model in Blender, please!
  2. I'm more into the artsy side of flight sim so pedals are not required. My MS Force Feedback 2 works just fine.
  3. This is all exciting to me all this banter and to see which will be the top dog simulator. Oh and to the op, not flying either until MSFS 2020 arrives. Saving a ton of money too! Just finishing up repaints for few aircraft and use MCX to check for errors.
  4. You know that MSFS 2020 will probably be optimized for "AMD inside" since Xbox Next will have that title. P3Dv.5 maybe?
  5. Milviz was working on one a few years ago. Milviz A1 Skyraider
  6. When it comes to wing flex on the ground and in the air is got to be the B-52. Those drop tanks on the end of the wings when empty would raise several feet above the ground.
  7. FSX Boeing 737-800 Gauge Fix Fixes several problems with the default FSX Boeing 737-800 gauges - includes Matt Smith' PFD Flight Director fix (fsx738pfdfix.zip) with his kind permission. 8. I have three of the MSFF 2 joysticks. The power cord connector in the stick broke off inside so contacted MS and they sent one for a replacement (new model) no charge. Then a few days later MS sent another one. Contacted MS support and said keep it, it's being discontinued. That is what I use since. Built like a rock!
  9. Some underlying tech that MS could be used... who knows? Airbus is! Azure mixed reality
  10. There is a better sound set than the one I did and that was done by Mike Maarse who did the sound set for Milviz Beaver and Otter. It was my first attempt at making a sound set for Manfred C-47 at that time the way Microsoft did. Mike uses the prop command for combustion that is much better programming. Mike's sound set is in the library. dc3_pw1830_sound_v1.zip

There's a temp hotfix to get your add ons working again. It worked for me. uBlock Origin working again. FireFox Hotfix
  13. When P3Dv5 materialize I might jump in the game, but really want a Sony PS5! 😁
  14. He answers that question here. And to add to it, January 2019...
  15. I don't know if this would help but maybe slowing down the speed might reduce traffic jitters. Adjusting Traffic Speed
  16. I've been working on the realistic textures for the R-1830 Twin Wasp also. P&W R-1830
  17. It's my all-time favorite aircraft and one of the best freeware models! This is a fun demo exercise of Manfred's model. Always amazed at CG modelers like this guy... Douglas C-47
  18. Pure joy to fly this aircraft with all the chit-chat! Feels like there's actually a crew on board.
  19. That's true if you want to go that route like Materialize image tool that does PBR materials. PBR is the future and it's an excellent freeware program. Works very well I might add. Hopefully, RTX will implement future LM releases. Manfred's C-47
  20. Currently using Photoshop 6 and used Paint.NET when I first started. Few people I know use Substance Painter I guess for PBR effects in P3Dv4. Another one that looks promising is Affinity Photo for $50 if you don't like subscription-based CC.
  21. What a view... now simulate that in a flight sim. Cumulus Caribbean
